Good and friendly staff at this Dunkin Donuts, but the restroom policy is horrible. They keep it locked to prevent vagrants from going in there. I tend to piss like the proverbial racehorse when I drink coffee, and I like the freedom to just go in and out without having to bug people about it. So this is a real deal breaker for me, and I’ll never come here again. It would be bad enough to have to ask for a key, but it’s even worse than that. Their policy is that one of the staff members has to come out from behind the counter, walk over with you, knock to make sure nobody is in there, and let you in. So it would get awkward to use the restroom more than, like, once.(As I write this review from inside the store I’m currently holding it and intend to use the restroom at McDonald’s when I leave in a few minutes.) If you’re in there for a bowel movement, which is a real possibility for a lot of people when you drink coffee, there’s another layer of potential awkwardness. Since the employee hangs on to the key and knocks to see if anyone is in there, there could come a time where you have to answer, and be like«.uhh.occupied» or whatever. I would really hate that. The play here for Dunkin Donuts, if you need to keep the restroom locked, is to install a thing with a code on the handle. If some non-customer once in a while knows the code and gets in there, it’s not the end of the world, and it’s trivial compared to what you put your customers through currently. Small seating area, WiFi works fine but would occasionally drop out. A lot of room for improvement here.

I’m giving this a five because the employees here definitely have great customer service skills. They are always so sweet! Sometimes they take long but I can’t complain because they are such a pleasure and, always make my coffee correct!

Husband and I went this Saturday… We had already bought our food and had sat down to eat… he had to ask for the restroom key. The guy told him he would come to open it in a minute. 5 minutes went by, my husband walked back to the counter standing there in plain view very obviously waiting. The employee acted as though he were invisible. Nearly 10 minutes went by… I finally had to get up out of my seat to very loudly(but politely) let the employee know that he needed to use the restroom. My husband has intestinal problems and 10 – 15 minutes is difficult. We were never apologized to. Not to mention, what kind of place won’t allow you to unlock the restroom by yourself? He’s not 5 years old and doesn’t need a reminder to zip his fly… That just goes to show you how the place has gone down hill… like many places here. Crappy customer service.

This location is a hit or miss; more miss to be honest. The drinks and food are consistently good. However, if you go too late in the morning they will be out of food. It’s happened to me at least once where they were out of bagels. As for the drinks, it might take a bit longer than usual to get it. The few times I’ve been there, this location seems to be always training a new employee. The customer service is so-so as well. The last time I was there, I walked up to the counter and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me. She just kept on complaining to her coworker about how exhausted she was, and then she proceeded to complain to me. After listening to her for a few minutes, I just proceeded to place my order… Small location with only a couple of seats. Shared free plaza parking. If it’s on the way, stop in. If not, it’s not worth going out of your way to come to this location.

I love the coffee and the breakfast sandwiches from Dunkin Donuts don’t get me wrong but one of the employees at this location was really off putting hence this less than stellar review. To start with the positives, the employee that took our order was fantastic. He was really friendly and seemed like he took good customer service very seriously. It was above and beyond the usual level of professional friendliness at a food service place and we really appreciated that. I made sure to make note of his name and it was Wesley. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns and I wanted ketchup. I reached into the bag, didn’t feel ketchup after digging around for a little(I hadn’t asked for it), and went up to Wesley to ask for a couple packets of ketchup. He went to go get it and then one of the other employees yells(not says, yells), «Is he asking for ketchup?!? It’s at the bottom of the bag!» I apologized to Wesley cause I guess I missed it and went back to my table embarrassed because she yelled it and brought attention to my little mistake. What made matters worse was her turn at the register. When we were eating a guy came in and was trying to make an order. I don’t know what he ordered but I could hear her talking to this guy like he was an idiot for ordering whatever he was ordering. I remember her specifically saying, «Are you serious!!!» to him after he had ordered something. The poor guy wasn’t even being belligerent in any way. He was sheepish and embarrassed looking. No matter what the guy ordered, unusual or not, customer service employees do not talk to customers like they are stupid. ESPECIALLY the ones that aren’t being rude or causing a scene. I don’t know what was up with that lady but she needs some customer service practice. Maybe she could take some lessons from Wesley. Would have given this location a 1-star, but I’m giving an extra start for the employee that did do his job well.

Very rude service from someone in the back making the food with braided blond and black hair. I don’t appreciate you talking crap and saying that you do not care. There is a thing called customer service in the food industry and you really should find a job that has nothing too do with people. I asked once about my 6pc hash brown order and all I got was whining out loud. I waited patiently. I only asked once. That was the only thing you had too make for me even though you skipped over my order OBVIOUSLY. Good job. I am not a rude customer. I am just trying too get my hash towns. I hope your cooperation or franchise sees this.

This location at 4125 S. Eastern exemplifies why it is ridiculous for anyone to think a fast food worker would deserve $ 15 an hour. No greeting, Slow, lazy, poor attitude, not helpful with any suggestions. They(especially the Doughboy at the register) seemed annoyed with having to serve 2 whole customers at 6:45 on a Saturday morning. Doughboy made us list our order in advance(ostensibly so he’d only have to expend the energy of bending over once) and once he was leaning his fat butt over the trays, had us basically«reorder» by asking«Now which ones did you want?» One by one. I didn’t ask to borrow money, didn’t ask the guy to fix my car, just put the doughnuts in the bag and at least TRY to disguise your contempt of your job and customers. I will not patronize this location again.

Very Slow service… Stale/old donut. It should be fresh it’s all you sell. Gross. Then when I complained a homeless man offered to eat my stale donut and when through the garbage. No one said a word to him.

When in Vegas, it’s a must to stop by Dunkin Donuts! Customer service was pleasant. All the donuts were fresh. I’m glad they had a large selection considering it was a Monday. Their coffee is my fave! Always piping hot and fresh! I can’t wait till they open the one in our town! Dunkin Donut Fan right here.

I really like this location! I always come here and get the most amazing iced coffee! My absolute favorite is the iced coffee dark roast with cream, french vanilla, and toasted almond no sugar. This drink comes out perfect every time. I’ve tried all sorts of different flavors and I get a great drink every time. I signed up for the loyalty program and I always get free drinks or a promotion. I wish I lived in Vegas to enjoy it but I get it when I can. I recently tried a toasted bagel and it was pretty good. I don’t care for donuts so I can’t really comment on them. The coffee is really good and I will be looking to buy a bag for me to make at home! Another thing I’ve noticed is I get really great customer service every time I come here. The cashier always helps me navigate the menu and decide what flavors to add to my coffee. I’ve been here several times and haven’t had a problem. I get in and out of the drive-thru and never have to wait too long. Can’t wait for my next trip!

I’ve been to this location a few times to know the customer service here is like a mixture of McDonald’s and Walmart customer — ok with a hint of attitude. I’ve never received a wrong order, and the iced coffee is good. Pretty quick service but nothing extraordinary.

I don’t know what is going on at this Dunkin donuts location but I went there today and I am just VERY disappointed in my experience. I went through the drive through which has one car ahead of me. I waited almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order. When I finally placed my order and pulled to the window there was 3 cars waiting behind me. I get to the window and wait another 5 minutes for the TWOCOFFEES I ordered. When the employee(his name was NICK) handed me the medium iced latte I ordered I asked for a large straw instead of a small straw and he looked at me like I was the BIGGESTINCONVENIENCE of his life.(The straws were RIGHTNEXTTOHIM mind you) Don’t make a customer wait 20 minutes for a coffee and then give her a dirty look when she asks for a STRAW. I realized as I drove away The iced latte was supposed to have non fat milk and this one had creamer. What a big fat disappointment.

This location is right on my way to work in the morning, and some days a girl just needs a bagel and an iced tea to get through her day okay! I like this location for a few reasons: 1.) It is conviently located close to my work 2.) It has a drive thru for those days when Im already running late and cutting it close! 3.) They have a great deal on half dozen bagels which I sometimes need to bring to work because Im running late lol. They have a really nice staff, yummy treats and a great location!

I cruised through this locations drive thru when I needed a caffeine jolt and something to eat after an early doctors appointment. I perused the menu and ordered a lite sugar free vanilla latte and an onion bagel with cream cheese. I was starving and dug into the bag and pulled out my barely toasted bagel. I pulled the top half off and realized there was only cream cheese on one side. I looked in the bag for a knife or something to spread it on to the other half, but there was nothing. There was also no napkin either. Once I was able to drink my scalding hot latte it was watery and lacked the flavor that I’ve had at other locations. I have to say I expected a much better bagel for the price that I paid. Maybe it was an off day, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. I’ll stick to the one on Gibson!

Happen to be in Vegas and Unilocal showed this was the closest DD near the hotel. Ordered medium iced coffee light and sweet. Order came out good. Not too many people in line and service was ok. Felt it could be a little more friendly and quick. Gave it a 3 star just because service couldn’t been a little bit better and shop could be a little more cleaner inside.
