EcoGen Pest Control

We had a rat in our pantry, which we discovered a few weeks before Christmas., after throwing away almost everything I had, hundreds of dollars worth of food, no sign of the rat. We had traps set which were very hard to place with dogs and cats in the house and we waited. The rat went on the move, he found its way to my son’s room. Right under his pillow! Time to call in the big guns! That’s when we called Eco Gen. Mike came out, did an inspection of my home and my backyard, set a bait box in my yard to see if we have an ongoing problem or if maybe one of my cats had brought this particular rat in and it was an isolated case. It was, we hope. He placed traps all around the house in places as safe as we could with my pets and we waited. After about 2 weeks, I open my pantry door and there it is again! The RAT! Eco Gen came right back! We had blocked him in the pantry. Mike consulted their rat expert and we had a great rat trap set up outside the pantry door. The rat that had plauged my home was caught and dead 4hrs later. Eco Gen came no notice 2 days before Christmas, and followed up immediately when I needed help. The price was good and the service better. And the problem was gone! What more could you want?

This company seems to really care about their customers. I had a concern with the initial service. They sent the Sr. Tech. Scott Fieger who responded immediately and took care of my concerns. He followed up to make sure all my «pests» were taken care of. He was very professional, knowledgeable and cared about my situation. The office staff, Michelle, also was responsive and called to make sure everything was fine. I even got a call from the owner of the company to apologize that I had some initial problems. Now that I have Scott as my service tech. I am very pleased with my service. I would recommend this company for all your pest control needs.

Being new to the Las Vegas Valley last year was an experience in many things. One of those things that I wasn’t accustomed to (being from California) are all the critters that live in the desert. We moved to a very new home in the Southwest and thought surely in a new development there shouldn’t be bug issues… wrong!

One final thing — if after a few weeks you notice there is a certain bug that won’t quit or somehow keeps coming up (for us, bark scorpions), they come back before the next scheduled service FREE of charge.
Don’t deal with the likes of roaches, spiders, ants, scorpions, etc.etc.etc. — call these guys and they will take care of you and come back as many times as it takes.
