I moved here this February, and it’s not bad for a small first home. The neighborhood is small and people are anti-social(eh! but most people are in LV lol) The majority of neighbors are either elderly couples or families with small children. One thing I’m unhappy with is PARKING. There are very limited parking spots available, so people visiting or even neighbors with more than two cars simply park on the street or next to empty lots.(The streets are pretty narrow which makes the neighborhood look crowded.) The landscaping done on the houses and neighborhood is minimal, and there is a small community pool by the entrance. HOA Fee ranges from $ 50– $ 65 per month, that is in addition to Providence $ 150/quarter HOA Fees. This Is one of the few ungated communities in Providence, and due to this you’ll sometimes hear vehicles speeding through. Overall Rating(1 – 5): Peace and Quiet-3 Safety– 3 Friendliness– 3 Parking-2 Aesthetics-3
