Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I love going to this Enterprise location. The staff here is so friendly and fast. I had no issues at to get my car rental. I was very pleased and will definitely recommend Enterprise to any of my family and friends.

Rented a RAM 1500 truck here for 3 days to drive to San Diego to pickup a 5ft x 5ft painting because Payless at airport didn’t have the reserved small pickup truck $ 29/​day when I went to pickup night before.
Payless told me there was no guarantee they would have the reserved Truck.
They offered to substitute an Explorer or Dodge Grand Caravan but refused because rear hatch opening was too small for my need. Therefore, my need for a pickup Truck.
Came home jumped online & found a truck at Enterprise nearby, though more expensive.
I believe a Small Nissan Frontier with 5ft bed was available for about $ 57?
But opted for the larger RAM because of the 6ft bed and easier fit for my need.
Paid $ 67/​day for the larger RAM 1500.
It was easy to use the website & showed «Available» for locations that had the truck.
When I checked next morning if a truck was still available it showed «Not Available», so it appears all were rented out.
I called this office to confirm that they had my reserved truck there & Michael answered & assured me they had the reserved truck waiting for me.
Once they found out I was driving California, they changed the oil which was almost due.
All employees were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Explained all details of the rental and did not really try to force the Insurance on me once I refused.
Price seems to fluctuate day to day & based on day or dates selected. I assume same with other places?
This office is very clean, comfortable seats, really well staffed, trained and managed.
I prefer to rent from this office in the future.
Of course depending on whether the price is competitive at the time.

I have never been more disgusted with a rental car company! I made a reservation online to rent a car for a week. When I arrived at the office they asked for proof of insurance, since I did not have proof of insurance they said I will need to add additional coverage at 48 $ per day!!! The car is half that price per day!!! I have been renting cars regularly for the past 5 years and have always been able to waive the insurance coverage without showing proof of insurance. I will not be renting, or will my company be renting from enterprise ever again.
