This massive Zegna store (7500 square feet) located inside Crystals stocks everything from Zegna suits and ties, to the more affordable Zegna sport line. They also have a nice selection of shoes, ties, and leather goods. For those with deeper pockets, bespoke options are available at 15−20% above their off-​the-​rack prices. But whatever it is you need, go see Alex; he is fantastic and will take care of you.
I have one quip though (and hence the –1 star). As Alex was helping me find a suit, other staff members were having a meeting with what I assume was management. About 4 or 5 of them were standing around in a circle in front of an accessories case (esentially blocking customer access to it), not acknowledging anyone, customer or sales person, and just conversing — loudly. It all just seemed so very strange and unprofessional.
