This place just sells drinks. Alcoholic drinks. Not just any drinks. They have icee machines filled with juice and booze. Name brand booze. Slushy cocktails that are actually pretty darn cheap. They will let you sample as many flavors as you like. They also will mix flavors for you. Then to top it off you can add as many extra shots as you like for a buck. YUM! I bought one of these yummy icees the first night I arrived. If you buy one of the larger cups that are plastic and hyper color(aka change color when cold), you pay $ 10 the first time and then $ 7 to fill it up everytime after that. That is a great deal for booze that is already the cheapest in the hotel. After a tasting all their options, I landed on buying Half Vegas Mia Thai and Half Coco Loco with 2 shots of 151 added. So damn good. Be aware some of the bartenders here are way better than the others. Some really do work for their tips, while others just draw a check and serve you like mindless zombies. Either way you can’t really screw up this type of drinks. I suggest getting the refillable glass on the first night you are in town and hold on to it the entire time. I sure as hell did.

Bartender was nice and the price here was 2 dollars cheaper than the other locations on the strip. The Slushie seemed to me to be not as strong as the one I got at the ballys location, but still worth it. Tip: remember to keep your souvenir cup as you. Can refill it for cheaper at any if their locations

Don’t remember what I ordered, but it was filled with booze and oh so good! And the guy who made our drink was awesome and extremely friendly :)

I don’t always drink fruity, slushy cocktails… but when I do… I’m in Las Vegas! My favorite here was the Gin and Juice. Made me feel like I was on vacation while on my business trip. I gave into buying the 22 or 25 oz souvenir cup to get the $ 7 refills. $ 1 for each additional shot! Me thinks that’s a pretty sweet deal, so I decided that was my designated refill area for the rest of my short stay. Check this place out!

The beauty of Vegas when it comes to bars. Reusing the silly cups. My girlfriend was feeling parched and so her hero delivered. A piña colada in a tall boy glass. The ratio of liquor to slushy is really really good at this spot. I was extremely impressed and like I said. we paid for a great value. and then all other spots would do cheaper refills for you. It’s spots like this(and the great staff) that make you feel good for spending 15 bucks on a glass you will never use again when you leave.

Boozy slurpees? Hell, yes! I really enjoyed my Jack & Coke slurpee. You can save your glass for a cheaper refill. On my second go-around, I opted for the frozen margarita with an extra shot. This is an amazing concept that needs to be in every city in America. Cheers!

Love this chain of «bars” — this one is located just inside the Rio. Literally, you walk in the front entrance, and it’s on your right. Make your selection of about ten different flavors of alcoholic slushies, then pick your cup size, and you’re good to go. Frozen jack and coke is tasty, but the raspberry lemonade is good for strolling around outside too. Extra shots available for $ 1 to $ 2, but may not be necessary. Keep your cup for cheaper refills. Personally I found the large party bottles obnoxious and embarrassing, so I’d stick to the 22 oz cups– they’re still refillable, and they change colors with the temperature of the drink. Location is clean and well kept, usually only one person working but they are quick, polite, and friendly. This was my drinking place of choice during my stay at the Rio– just wish I’d tried it sooner, rather than waiting til halfway through our stay!
