The best service you could ever ask!!! The work was done right at the next day, customer service were very kind and they call me right away with the status of the situation and the workman Dusty was very helpful and fast. I can honestly say they are very reliable and great company to trust to I couldn’t handle the heat of Vegas and they understood so they acted very fast!

These guys are very honest and timely. I bought a new ac/​heater from them two years ago and they registered me with Trane as the owner. Trane sent me a recall notice and Expert Air came and did the work for free. They also are very reasonable on the annual service.

HORRIBLE ! Beware awful company. We have small children in our home and the air conditioner they replaced doesn’t work. They were supposed to be here between 5&7, they came to have arrived at 7 and knocked and nobody answered. We were here all evening and didn’t hear a knock on the door. At 730 I opened the door and they had just left a card in the door and left! I called and they said it was too late in the day thy couldn’t come back! Rediculous!!!

I have been working with Expert Air for two years now and have them do 90% of our A/​C repairs on the 200 homes/​condos that I assist with managing. I would recommend them to anyone and to any property management company. They are super quick, very honest, I have had no call backs, the prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is very pleasant to deal with. There was one instance where they quoted a repair at $ 425 and I approved it. They called back 30 minutes later to say that once they started the work they found it just need re-​wired and it would be $ 200 less. To me that spoke volumes to their honesty.

This company is one of the ones we called to receive an estimate for stolen air conditioiner replacement in a rental house of ours. They were the lowest price and because we were working with insurance companies they agreed to accept the payments the way the insurance company pays. Tom was very concerned that the job get done quickly so the young family could move into a home that was nice and cool. He did an outstanding job and the entire team at Expert are professional, knowledgable, and most of all kind. I would recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas valley. Just amazing people.
