Great parking lot for pictures. I’ve taken pictures at a lot of places in Vegas but this is one of the best spots. Especially if you’re looking for a place that doesn’t charge. Great service. I’ll be back here again in the future.

Do not go to this place! #1 You ARE NOT getting 2 pair of glasses for the price of one. You are paying the regular price and purchasing 2 pair of glasses.
#2 I called in on Friday September 4^th to cancel an order and spoke with Jessica who left me on hold for MORE than 30 minutes. Yes, I counted. I was irritated and after being more than patient I hung up and called back and this time a guy answered the phone. I complained that I had been on hold for more than 30 minutes and his reply with a bad attitude was «Are you going to let me talk?»
Seriously??? Let you talk? After I have been sitting on the phone on hold for more than 30 minutes??? And he attempted to continue to go back and forth and argue with me. Really??? What have I done wrong? I had the right to be annoyed after waiting like that on the phone. I have other things to do. Respect my time please! Enough said! I’ll pass!!!

The department of ophthalmology in this shop is not good. I made an appointment at this ophthamology front desk with receptionist the day before, but when I visit there the next day, other receptionist said «We don’t have your appointment» to sneer at me. I did an appointment for sure the day before but they said they don’t have. Anyway, they turned up her nose at my offer. What did I go to make an appointment for expressly?! And did I do like a silly thing that makes a receptionist laugh?! I think I am nothing wrong, but the way the receptionist interacted was awfully sloppy.
They should respect more patients.

They seriously need to have someone that just handles pick ups. You have to sign in and wait forever to just pick up your glasses. It would be great to have a customer service rep that specifically handle pick ups rather than waiting. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I like my glasses and the service when I originally came in but don’t think I will be back after spending my Saturday in a lobby

Came in from LA and forgot to pack my contacts. After having my prescription faxed in they were able to supply me with some contacts. When I asked «what do I owe you» they said no charge. What a life saver! Thank you for saving my trip!!!
