My first time here, hopefully just under construction but not very clean. Wish I could rate them on their work but the woman who was about to thread my eyebrows left me seated to go talk and I left because why would I have someone who looked unhappy close to my eyebrows! No thanks.

It felt like I was at the DMV because the vibe was so bad there. The place looked dirty. The staff does not smile at you or make you feel welcome. They seem like they hated their job. My eyebrows turned out fine and she did a good job except for some of my skin was peeled off and it’s still raw and tender today.

I completely loved this place! Amazing job and not painful at all! The staff were very friendly and the lady that did my eyes brow did exactly what I wanted not too thin nor too thick! And I like the privacy as well that they have a back room and I don’t have 100 people staring lol! Love this place! My eyes brows look amazing!

Neelu now does my eyebrows now! She is very nice and friendly. You tell her exactly what you want and she does it! Doesn’t rush and takes her time. Which is why my eyebrows always come out nice ! And it’s by my house!

This place was great! Ask for Sasha. Me and my mom went there and we were done so quick. The place that I had went to before made my eyebrows too thin and uneven. So I had to let my eyebrows grow back and thankfully Sasha made them look nice again. It’s not a bad price either. It’s $ 10 for the eyebrows and $ 5 for the lip. But they always have specials going on like 3 sessions for $ 20.

I like that this place is 5 minutes away from my house. The store is very big, but they don’t make use of the space. There’s normally 2 people working that tend to both the front of the store making sure people are signing in & paying and the back where they’re doing the threading.
I like that Sid is back at this location. He was the guy who converted me from a waxer to a threader. He’s very easy to talk to and gives me tips on how to thicken my sparse Asian eyebrows. (Castor oil btw.) He works after 2 Tues-​Sat.
* they give student discounts w/​ID. Regularly its $ 10, but with my student ID, its $ 7 eyebrows and $ 5 lip.

Okay, I am going to start off by saying the actual expertise of the person who did my brows the few times I have gone here so far was great. That is not why the 3 star rating. The store they have rented, and work out of, looks HORRIBLE!!! If you go there you will know what I mean. That is the ONLY reason for the –2 stars.
The service though? They make my brows look awesome. I don’t like to wax anymore because after experiencing threading, I feel that my skin is a LOT less irritated and red after (if at all), with the same result — beautiful brows!
