Fatburger

My burger was still RAW from the inside after I ordered a second burger because they messed up my first order. I said NO onions, pickles, and cheese and they put all that and I complained and said they would make it again and guess what! I got the same exact burger and raw meat because they rushed it. Horrible service horrible everything they shouldn’t even be in red rock.

Terrible service! No onion rings 20 minutes prior to closing! This is not acceptable! Fire the management!

Horrible service. Ordered a plain hamburger at 7:16 pm. At 7:30 pm they hadn’t even put it on the grill (needless to say there was nothing on the grill for about 10 minutes). Not sure where the disconnect is between the cashier and the cook who is 8 feet away. Everyone is complaining and the customer in front was waiting even longer. Samantha did nothing about it until people started demanding a refund. Said she was sorry and couldn’t give a reason why everyone’s food was so delayed. 7:43pm we got our plain hamburger. Corporate please help before this location fails !! Update: the burger had cheese.

I must after my not so pleasant experience at this location. Fatburger reach out to me. Apologized, and sent me a letter and fat checks. They also informed me they would reach out to that location. I used one of the checks at the same location. So this is my honest report. They were very nice. I was greeted and they took my order made no mistakes. I didn’t have to wait to long to receive my order. It was a great experience. I respect Fatburger Corp for taking responsibility for what happen and make a adjustments after.

$ 13 for a disgusting veggie patty, fries that were stale and beyond greasy, and an iced tea. PUHLEASE. So, so, sooooo bad.

Great burger! I asked for ketchup and mayo for the base. The people working there did a great job. The grill is nice and clean and it hit the spot. Thank you!

Every time I feel like and old fashion greasy burger, this location seems to fill that urge! The XXL with thick cut fries never seem to disappoint. Probably one of the best and more consistent burgers with so much flavor you can’t go wrong except for the price ($ 18) for the combo. Groupon had one of the best groupons for this location, but they were probably losing money with it. Hands down best shake in the near area and always consistent with Haagen Daz ice cream!

This place isn’t even open ²⁴⁄₇ went in and stood in line and these cleaners were cleaning the kitchen

I cannot recall the last time I had a burger so bad that I couldn’t eat it. I have eaten at other Fatburger locations and have never had any problem with the food and have always enjoyed it. This burger was coated in so much pepper that it rendered it inedible and the fries were extremely bland. Drive to a nearby In-​N-​Out burger instead!

This one is inside the Red Rock Casino Food Court. Very nice staff who asked me if I was seeing a movie and gave me a 10% discount because of that. So if you’re coming here, grab your ticket first and then order to save yourself some dough.
The burger came out promptly and was great too — as usual. I like mine with everything on it but you have a choice to pick and choose what you want on yours.
A value for your money!

When it comes to beef I am very pick (only because I do not eat it a lot and when I do it has to be a decent quality). I went here using a Groupon and I wish I could get my money and my time back. It was the worst tasting hamburger ever. It is very overpriced and I will never go here again. It took everything in me to eat most of my hamburger (only because I am not a fan of wasting food). Usually when a person is hungry just about anything taste good. When I arrived here I was starving and I still could not finish it. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Most of you out there, don’t know that I am married now & that my wife is 100% Finnish. I don’t know if this is strange, but my wife’s favorite American food is Burgers. Having said that, we have been going out of our way, to try every Burger joint on the west-​side. I have to say after trying: Farmer Boys (very good), Smash Burger (over rated), 5 Guys Burgers (worst burger, but insanely good Fries), Montana Meat Packing Co.(very good), In-​N-​Out (best service & wife’s favorite), Red Robin (great, but pricey), Chilli’s (so-​so for the price), as well as the Real National Fast Foods: Burger King (best of the Nationals), Wendy’s (love the Red Head in the commercials, burgers lack flavor), Carl’s Jr (not bad, but also not great), McDonald’s (a familiar friend, but never the first choice), Jack In The Box (hate the burgers, love everything else), & Sonic (way over-​priced). We have not tried: Any Asian Burger joint, Gordon Ramsey’s Burgr, Applebee’s, Heart Attack Grill & White Castle.
After everything is said & done, Fatburger is still my favorite all-​around Burger joint. Keep this in mind, I love a thick, juicy burger cooked Medium Rare to Medium, any more than that & I consider the burger to be burnt. I also love Fat/​Steak fries or Potato Wedges. Fatburger has everything I look for in a Burger Joint.
The bad things people say about Fatburger: They take forever to make your food– yeah, this is true, but everything is made to order & I get the Fattest Burger, with Fat Fries & this gives me the perfect time to have a pre-​meal smoke. Service is bad– Not True. I have been to almost all of the West-​Side Fatburgers & have always had better service than a McDonald’s or Burger King. Fatburger is pricey– yeah, this one is true, but if you eat as much as I do, I normally spend just as much at McDonald’s or Burger King… I just need 1 FatBurger, instead of ordering 4 normal fast food sandwiches/​burgers.
The Skinny on Fatburger: If you love your burger, thick & juicy burgers & the option of steak fries, Fatburger is the best California Chain Burger Joint.

Went here yesterday to meet up with friends at the food court. I had limited options for food since I’m allergic to Wheat, Corn, Soy, Sesame seeds… & much more.
Literally my only option, what a miserable cashier. She gave me attitude when I asked for protein style. There was a language problem, so I couldn’t ask her portions sizes because she wouldn’t understand me anyhow. The other cashier standing next to her overheard my order & told her what to do in Spanish. It’s «fast» food I guess I expected too much. Burger was a small but it was shaped like a Pacman «C». It was black on the bottom.
$ 5 for a burger wasn’t even worth it. I mean I ordered a small just to get an idea of the size of their small patty but still would be nice if it resembled a burger!
Next time I’ll go up a size. Great FIRST experience & service (sarcasm). Maybe I’ll give this place a try in a few years again. Probably not!

Unilocal says they’re open 24/​7, and their sign & website says they’re open until 4 am — but the guy working had the audacity to say they were closed and act like he was doing me a favor by firing up the grill at 3 am. Likely story, dude. Quit graveyard if you’re too tired or lazy to do it. This was literally one of the only places open at 3 am that wasn’t a bar and I’m not 21 so SORRY I’M HUNGRY DUDE. I’m sure fat burger wouldn’t appreciate this guy acting like they’re closed when they aren’t. He had the lights turned off and was in the back hiding, an hour before they were supposed to close. He said they closed 45 mins ago, and I said they needed to update their hours in that case. Will not waste my time during late hours again.

Burger is pretty good. But they charged for ranch witch is on the free menu also charged $ 1 to cut my burger in half. Wtf a dollar to cut the burger and didn’t even tell you it cost a dollar. $ 2 dollars for cheese and In the pics it has cheese on it. But will definitely say the burger is good. Customer service a little lousy though.

When we got it one burger was wrong other was cold. Onion rings not cooked well either. We asked for our money back and went to Jack in box instead
This place was a joke for the price and they had smart ass comments when we told the what was wrong

In-​n-​out ＞＞＞ Smashburger ＞ Fatburger

The hands down, absolute best fast food burgers anywhere. I don’t want to hear about In & Out either. They are good, but nothing is better than Fat Burger.
Fatburger offers you different size burgers. The XXL is way more than I should eat, but I eat it anyways. The toppings, the meat, and the fries are all much better than any other fast food place out there.
The staff is very friendly at this location and they are open late. Nothing compares to a Fatburger!

They have hot dogs here! Perfect for the kids. Burgers are good too. Fatburger is located at the food court inside the Red Rock Casino. They recently took over Johnny Rockets.
Convenient to get the kids a quick bite before going in to see a movie.

When it comes to FF burgers, everyone has their preferences. With me, it comes down to mood, location, convenience, price, and service. Mood usually dominates my decision. However, my most recent visit to Fatburger wasn’t due to mood. It was due to convenience and location. It was late night at the Red Rock Casino. My choices were very limited, especially since I needed something with no carbs, a high protein count, and quick. Fatburger was my only choice.
Now it came to decision on what burger was I going to order. The XXXL is way to big and the Large seemed too small. I ended up with the XXL. Since I wasn’t eating the bun during this visit, I knew I could handle all of the 16 oz’s that the XXL has to offer. Their burgers are known for their seasoning and a healthy spread of their pickled mustard. Sometimes their burgers are a bit dry. That’s where the condiments and bun come to play. Without them, you will really notice how dry their burgers really are.
What sets Fatburger from the rest is what I call their «Breakaway Meat». The burgers at Fatburger are not compressed/​packed patties causing them to break apart in your mouth. I like it since it’s different, the seasoning gets inside the meat better, and you feel the texture of a good burger in your mouth. What would be perfect is their burger meat on top of rice. Almost like a Loco Moco minus the egg and gravy. Bottom line, good burger that hit the spot for what I was looking for last night.
The service was as good as it gets. My only issue, which is not Fatburger’s fault, was that the food court was dirty. Tons of trash and tables needed to be wiped down. I ended up eating at their counter because of this.
I didn’t have their fries, shakes, and even their bun on last night’s visit. I will be back to eat here the traditional way and update my review.

–You get big portions of meat in your burger and you decide what size you want. S, M, L (8 oz), XXL (16oz), and XXXL (24 oz).
