Ferguson

I don’t usually give a 5 star rating unless the service and/​or product went above and beyond expectation. The guys at Ferguson did just that. I had a broken irrigation pipe and needed to replace the valve system. I removed the valve and drove to Home Depot to look for replacements. Lucky I found someone to help me right away. I’m not an experienced plummer so I had many questions for him, but he just seemed annoyed. He didn’t have a replacement part nor did he offer any suggestions. So I found Ferguson which specializes in all pluming supplies. I walked in as they were closing but was greeted right away. Even though they were basically closed for the day they still patiently answered all for my questions and offered me solutions. End result, I got exactly what I needed to finish the job and I will defiantly come back again. Home Depot, Lowes, ect are all fine but if you’re looking for real honest and professional help or just general pluming questions do yourself a favor and go to Ferguson Plumbing Supply.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. My water heater started leaking water all over the garage floor.(Bradford White water heater). I called many plumbing supply stores and was treated rudely, and was made to feel like I was a bother to them. After many attempts I decided to go to Home Depot, and Lowe’s, to find a comparable water heater. After reading many reviews about GE and Whirlpool water heaters, sold at Lowe’s and Home Depot, being defective. I decided to ask employees in the different stores, about these products. I was almost given the same answer every time, I don’t know, this isn’t my department. I had almost given up, when I called Ferguson Plumbing Supply, at 4420 East Craig Road. I spoke with Jesse McCoy, not only was he very kind and considerate, he was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately asked me for the serial number on the water heater. After giving him the serial number, he advised me that it was still under warranty. He told me to bring it by, and he would adjust the price, for a new water heater. When I arrived Jesse and Jody gave me a new Bradford White water heater, new fittings, and pan. Jesse is a «Hero» in my book. He was the only one that cared enough to help me, when I needed it the most. I live 10 minutes from Lowe’s and about 15 minutes from Home Depot. I would rather drive 40 minutes to get professional advise, from people who know what they are doing, and treat people with kindness, and respect. If you are tired of being treated rudely, and getting the wrong advise, and the wrong plumbing parts. Call Jesse or Jody. You will get the right part, and the right advise, the first time. Saving you time, and money. Quality doesn’t cost, it pays. «Thanks» Jesse
