Italian is my favorite food and unfortunately this place was a huge disappointment. We arrived 2.5 hours before we had to leave for our show, yet the food arrived 5 minutes before we had to leave. As we quickly scarfed down our food, it was barely tasty/flavorful. On top of it all we had the rudest server I’ve ever experienced. I have eaten here before and it was OK, maybe 2.5 to 3 stars but was convenient to our show so I thought I’d give it another chance. Nope, not again.

Excellent! From the food to the service, everything was fantastic. Only I’d recommend is to make sure you get a reservation. After 7pm it’ll be hard for you to get a table otherwise.

Came here with my mom for my birthday and they totally hooked it up with an amazing dinner and even brought me out a birthday dessert! The waiter was so kind and everyone was very attentive. Definitely recommend coming here! The steak was incredible and so was the seafood platter. I was so full I felt like throwing up lol.

Wow! This was a good one! First I sat at the bar and waited for our group to arrive and the bartender was quite quick and helpful. The food once we sat down was very good and I will most definitely make this a stop when we Come back

Love this place! We ordered the surf and turf(steak and lobster) which was one of the specials for the night. Hands down it turned out to be one of the best plates we have tasted in Vegas. They have excellent food and our server took good care of us. The only down side is unfortunately the table they sat us on was to small and the way they have the tables arranged in that section make you feel cramped up.

If it takes an hour to get my food on an off-season at 6:30 when restaurant is not packed I can only imagine how long it would take to get the food on a regular busy time. The best part is when the food arrived as I was talking to the manager and telling her how an hour later and two basket of breads into my dinner that I am no longer hungry, instead of being apologetic and offering something nice she decided to take my food back to the kitchen because I said I am no longer hungry! This is what you call superb customer service and ensure that I would come back or at least know how good of a food i missed out on!

3.5 stars. My hubby and I planned one of our anniversary dinners at Fiamma due to rave reviews by our friends. That evening, we had a reservation already set but we came a little earlier. The hostesses were able to sit us immediately despite the already long line outside. The table we were placed was super cramped, and the way the chairs were arranged and their proximity to the next table even made for a tighter situation. It was quite uncomfortable to say the least. I will say, the ambiance was very romantic, especially deeper into the restaurant, away from the big ol walkway through the MGM district. I ordered a pineapple upside down cake for my drink. It was indulgent and sweet, loved it. My hubby ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which were quite unfortunate. He said we made better spaghetti at home, and I know he wasn’t just trying to sweet talk me. I ordered the braised shortrib which was delicious and super tender. I also got the risotto which was just ok. I saw a photo of crème brulee via their Unilocal reviews so I excitedly ordered that. It came back not looking at all like a crème brulee. There was no torched sugar. In fact the custard wasn’t even vanilla. It wasn’t a crème brulee at all yet our server assured it was, just«different» I wasn’t a fan of that at all. Though the romantic feel was great, we were less than impressed with our overall experience with Fiamma.

Sometimes you take a long disco nap, and you don’t make it to dinner until 9PM. Fiamma is located in the MGM, and the menu seemed reasonably priced for Vegas, so we gave it a go! The bread at the beginning with goat cheese/olive spread and tomato butter was a nice surprise. Our server was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly. My friend ordered a pasta dish, and it was reallllly bland. It was also $ 30, which we’d happily pay for good food, but not necessarily for this dish. My lobster gnocchi was much better, but a little overcooked(and mushy). I don’t think I’d go back, but it wasn’t terrible either. Pretty standard Vegas-fare.

I had a great meal and the best service ever at Fiamma Trattoria. I ordered the penne arrabbiata with shrimp. It was delicious and the shrimp was perfect, not overcooked like some places do. Kim, the restaurant manager, was terrific. I asked my waiter where I could buy a blackjack strategy card. He went and got Kim. She called a gift store but they were closing soon. She offered to go buy the card for me so I could finish my dinner. Who does that these days? I was thrilled when she came back with my card. I hope to come back to Vegas soon so I can dine here again.

Be sure to make a reservation. With Ka right around the corner they get very busy on a sat night. Every meal comes with a small selection of warm breads. Ours were slow to come out but they did make it eventually. We had a grilled octopus and short rib. The rib melts in your mouth and was fantastic. Octopus was the most tender that I have ever had. Both dishes were excellent. For desert had a cup of coffee which they bring out in a giant French press. We also had the Lemoncello which was a lemony dish with ice cream and a creamy topping. Overall the service was a bit slow. Food, however, was so very good. Definitely worth a try.

This place was superb! Came here with my wife and we were blown away by the prompt service and excellent tasting food. We ordered the short rib ravioli to share along with some appetizers. They are really doing something special here and it’s truly a treat if you can afford it.

I’ve been to a few high end restaurants before and this one takes the cake. Phenomenal service and delicious food and to top it off our server was very attentive, warm and pleasant.

R@violini and short rib r@violi are the same thing. There are a lot of reviews raving about the r@violini and l0bster gnocci. I had them both and they were just ok. Next time I will try a meat or fish dish. Wine pricing was reasonable. The location was tremendously convenient(being located inside the MGM Grand) as we were staying at the MGM Grand, and had tickets to a concert later that evening at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Passing by Fiamma, I could already tell we were in for a fancy dinner. Elegance, cool dark brown hues, dim lighting, black table napkins, and wine glasses polish off the whole look. The front podium staff is extremely accommodating! MaryGrace was genuinely nice and understanding when I called to tell her our Saturday 6:30pm party of 10 would be 5 min late because a majority was wearing heels for a bachelorette dinner. She even took a group photo outside for us prior to leaving later that night. David, our waiter for the night, asked about time restrictions and never left our waters empty. He wasn’t sure if they offered the wine I wanted so he sent over Caleb to answer any questions. Unfortunately, they didn’t have Bigaro from Piedmont, Italy but a moscato worked just fine for our toast. We decided to order two crispy calamari for apps. I really liked the complimentary olive bread with the tomato butter. The white bean lentil spread was ok. My entrée was the short rib raviolini with black truffle cream: smaller dish than I thought but was filling due to bread/apps. Tasty, flavorful, and something I’d never had before. I would eat this again. Specials for the night included seafood risotto, surf and turf(steak & lobster), and penne with cream sauce & prosciutto. Risotto seemed popular at my table, the usual dish on the menu had a white sauce base. I found it funny that a waiter cleaning up dishes offered to feed my friend the last morsel of fried calamari on her app plate. The wine list was on a tablet, pretty cool.

Fiamma has a trendy casino restaurant atmosphere with inventive twists on Italian classics. It almost goes without saying that it’s overpriced. With that being said, we were also paying for service and atmosphere. Fiamma delivered on both for my group of 13’s recent visit. I was worried this would be the type of restaurant that doesn’t provide bread. Luckily that was not the case, as my group was thoroughly able to enjoy the sourdough olive bread and twisted rolls. The two spreads were much more exciting than butter, although I don’t recall exactly what they were. A few us split the burrata with roasted red pepper. It’s a good thing we split it because it was actually a decent portion of cheese. We had to use some of the above mentioned rolls once we depleted the supply of bread that came with the appetizer. The burrata was a little bland, but I believe that’s just how burrata is by nature. For my main, I had the Mezzaluna. I can’t believe I paid $ 24 for a pasta dish, but I can’t say no to pesto. It was definitely unique to me, as I’ve never had basil filled pesto. The cherry tomato sauce was more exciting than a traditional tomato or marinara, and the aged ricotta was a nice touch. In the end of the day, it was just a ravioli dish. I also had a glass of «Ronco del Cero» Sauvignon Blanc that I didn’t care for too much. That’s on me for ordering a Sauv Blanc from Italy when I prefer them from New Zealand. We were stuffed and had a long night of drinking ahead of us so passed on the dessert. So my group had a lovely time and enjoyed the food. Fiamma doesn’t return a return visit in my personal opinion.

Oh my. Fiamma is a treat. I’ve only been here three times but each time has been more impressive. The service here consistently exceeds my expectations. I want to know what their training secret is! Their servers are so knowledgable about the menu, professional, polite, and very attentive. 10⁄5 for the service. The cuisine here is Italian and very good. I would say the average check per person may be anywhere from $ 20-$ 60 depending on how much is ordered. To be honest, Italian food is a little rich for my liking in large portions, however, I can definitely recognize and appreciate excellent quality Italian food. I’ve had their short rib ravioli and their shrimp and scallop risotto. Both are phenomenal popular choices that won’t disappoint! Their Grappa goes great with the food here too. Yummy! If you’re celebrating an anniversary or a special occasion, they’ll genuinely congratulate you and bring out a nice little treat. I went once for a special occasion and they brought us mini crème brûlées! If you want to enjoy a fine dining Italian restaurant, I highly recommend Fiamma.

I was fooled by the beef carpaccio. During my first visit to Fiamma I sat at the bar, had a few drinks and fell for the well seasoned, savoriness of beef topped with frisee, shaved fennel and celery salad and parmesan flakes. Those few bites had me thinking — or hoping — that the rest of their food was as good. A return visit a couple months later proved otherwise. Their bread basket was full of dry and crumbly focaccia. Short rib ravioli was mushy with a sweetness from the sauce that was overpowering. A surf and turf nightly special consisted of a mediocre lobster tail and a dry-aged rib eye with a red wine demi glaze that was the highlight of the meal. What was worse than the food was the atmosphere, or more specifically, the temperature. It was unusually cold making it one of the more uncomfortable dining experiences in a while. We were ready to head until they brought out a complimentary dessert for my wife’s birthday. The tiramisu was a solid rendition, but we were in such a hurry to leave that nothing could have saved our meal. 2.5 Stars
