I just got done with a colonoscopy here. It was quick and easy. Staff were very nice and the Propofol was quick.

This day was a day that I wasn’t looking forward to complete. However, the staff @ Flamingo Surgery are the best and made me feel like part of the family. Very professional, very proficient in their job functions, extremely organized getting patients through their procedure. Mine was a Colonoscopy, and it was so smooth I didn’t realize that I had it done. Would like to give them ALL big hugs. Highly recommend them. Thank You!

They hung up on me three times, were rude, no apology, nothing. They were not willing to work with us or our doctor or insurance company. We had to cancel our son’s much needed surgery the day before because of their unprofessionalism.

I was not looking forward to visiting Flamingo Surgical Center because my doctor told me to check in at 7:30 am for a procedure at 9:30 am. And I hate to wait! And there was a large crowd of people in the waiting room even that early. So to my surprise, the staff checked me in within 15 minutes of my arrival, and I was taken to pre-​op by 8 am. The staff was both professional and kind One of the nurses even brought me a dryer warmed blanket because it was a cold morning in Vegas. Slippers for my feet and an idiot cap for my head kept me comfy until they wheeled me in to see my doctor, the anesthesiologist and a student doctor, all of whom promised to take good care of me. When I awoke in recovery, it was to the soothing news from my RN that «it» was over and everything had gone well. So when I looked at the time when they wheeled me out to my ride, I was surprised to see the time was 9:36 am. So the policy seems to be «first come, first served.» How refreshing to find medical care that is caring and doesn’t keep you waiting. And the staff called me the next day to make sure I wasn’t having any problems.

I’m sure, no one wants to have to have any kind of surgery, but IF you must, this is a great choice.
From the ease of doing almost all your check in paperwork at home on the computer… To the amazing nurses in surgery prep, to the actual procedure and post op recovery…
My visit was as good as I could ask for.
Just do to nerves, I can’t recall the staff members names very well, but I have to give the nurses there a BIG thank you! They all were amazing, friendly, helpful and had great bedside manner.
It made my out-​patient procedure much easier to deal with.
