Friendly service and fairly reasonable prices. The fruit cup was all fresh and good-tasting.

It’s a casino caffeine staple– location used to be a wine bar back in the LVH days, but now they serve morning and evening beverage purposes in one setting(though which one you opt for at what time is apparently flexible here in Vegas). As other reviews mention, a drink and pastry will set you back $ 10– but my iced chai was just right and my bear claw was beautiful, so I guess I don’t blame them. Prices aren’t so absurdly high that you’ll compare it to highway robbery, and some people find the fact that they brew Starbucks coffee comforting(probably the same people who kept the on-site Pizza Hut in business). Dine-in area is small but adequate, with ample people-watching overlooking the casino floor. Convenient location at main intersection of towers, just off the check in area.

Went on Saturday 12−12−15 at 1:30PM because the pastry case caught my eye while walking by. This is not really a restaurant, it’s more like an open kiosk in the Westgate Hotel. It was almost $ 9 for an almond croissant and a tall caramel macchiato. They have Starbucks coffee here. I always see people on Unilocal eating almond croissants and I wondered what all the hype is about. Well, lemme tell you people, they are delicious. They are buttery, flaky, not too sweet, and have a small amount of custard filling inside. I’ve never eaten anything so delicious! Makes me want to try every almond croissant in town. 4 stars… yum yum. Minus one because of the price and they have a tip line on the receipt. I think that’s incredibly tacky for counter service only.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. It’s a shame that Starbucks has loaned their name to such a subpar business. No matter what I’ve ordered as far as coffee, it has always sucked and yesterday was no exception. Skip their rendition of a white chocolate mocha as it tasted burned AND scorched and was just terrible and skip their caramel macchiato because it’s sad and disappointing, especially when you’re craving your usual pick me up and rely on them to provide it. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL Starbucks where they’re trained on how to make these drinks and take pride in doing so. Trust me, you don’t need the nasty coffee or the nasty attitudes served with them especially for MORE than you would normally pay at Starbucks, which is already enough.

Low price, but not a good value. The cheapest price attracts a lower level client. Place smells funny. If a deodorant sales person reads this, this could be a good sales account. We reserved three days but will look for a better value at sunrise. No towels. When they were finally delivered we had a 30 grit and a piece of cardboard. Will upgrade to Motel 6 tomorrow.

MJ the late evening shift was super helpful and sweet. I just needed hot water for my tea and he went the extra mile to accommodate. It wasn’t a big thing but he took the time to make sure I was happy. It’s service like this that makes people keep coming back. Thank you for the smile and a wonderful service.

The staff is very well versed in there operations. Wait times are short, selection of food items fits every meal time and they are open early and late. Fresh and not overly sugar sweet danish. Great parfait with large helping of granola. Many child and hot beverages.

As a regular guest for years now of the Las Vegas Hilton turned LVH turned Westgate Resort Las Vegas, there’s honestly been little in the way of food and beverage here that has been worthwhile. However, Fortuna is always good and just seems to keep getting better. While I don’t know much about the wine bar here, how it works or the pricing, I am a huge fan of their fresh sandwiches and the banana bread. The sandwiches are big, overstuffed and almost always available in multiple varieties and they also have a delicious chicken wrap as well. The banana bread is an enormous piece and very tasty, plus there are plenty more similar treats all of which are made fresh right there onsite. Starbucks coffees, bottled sodas and cold beer in bottles or cans can also be found at Fortuna and I’ve always found the employees to be very accomodating. If you’re a hotel guest like me, you may want to take advantage of «Going Green» in the room at least once per stay which gives you $ 10 of food and beverage credit. I always use one of my credits at Fortuna before I head to the airport to have something good to eat on the long flight home.

Stayed here formally known as the Hilton Hotel now Westgate Hotel the café shop located at the lobby fortuna not the same the service horrible came here early morning for a cappuccino and there delicious almond croissant actually was not bad nice the croissant was fresh soft and quite amazing tasty there coffee was noting to brag about. The women at the counter completely rude not a hello the manager her is Tiffany just not cut out to work in the food industrial didn’t greet me basically rushing me to take my order the other women no smiles basically the people were inconveniencing them and the there conversation. I asked for a cup of water after Tiffany the manager hands me the water and precedes to say your WELCOME !!! really the nerve its pretty sad that we have to encounter people that really make places like this unenjoyable and should look for a job that doesn’t involve customer interaction. Won’t be coming back to this hotel and this café since it’s no longer the Hilton things have gone down there are many other hotels that will accommodate me with better customer service.

The muffins are amazing! And the Banana Nut Bread Latte is seriously out of this world! Just wish the seating offered more room, and that half the chairs didn’t wobble so bad you feel like you’re gonna fall off!

COFFEREVIEW: This is a basic pastry shop/café(with wine and food). The mocha was pretty much what I expected — tasted almost exactly like Starbucks, so basically nothing special. I followed a fellow Unilocaler’s recommendation and tried the croissant. Just like they said, this is probably one of the softest croissants I’ve ever tasted. Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked about internet(it’s not free, unless you’ve already paid for internet in your room, then it connects automatically). Overall, nice place to stop by and visit if you’re waiting around for someone.

This coffee and wine bar is located inside of the Las Vegas Hotel. I killed a few hours here waiting for friends who stayed in this hotel. Their pastries looked pretty good and sugary. Their coffee is Starbucks branded so they brew that as well if you are a SB fan. I saw a bunch of different wines here but I didn’t get to try any. Appears they also sell salads, wraps, and other types of packaged food. The caramel macchiato I had was pretty good.

The croissant is surprising soft. My mocha was more strong and less sweet. The sleeves don’t stay on the cup very well… Annoying.

Wonderful wine bar located between the casino and room towers at the LVH, formally the Hilton. Deli type food is available in addition to an assortment of coffee and teas. The wine experience is wonderful. You prepay a card and help yourself to a variety of wine via a self serve kiosk. We stop here on our way to the room every night. We enjoy sitting in the back just to be a bit removed from the chaos we were once a part of.

WINEREVIEWONLY. We came here just for the wine. It’s a self serviced wine bar located in the lobby where you can purchase a refillable card at $ 20 or $ 25. There were three of us so we went with the $ 25. The round kiosk wine system serves all red wines with a variety of reds from different regions. the kiosk system against the wall serves all whites. you can select between 3 different pour amounts, with the higher priced for more pours. we did mostly 1 oz pours ranging from $ 1.25– $ 1.50 maximizing our tasting options. we were able to slowly taste at our convenience, pour when we wanted to without having someone interrupting us, which is really nice. we finished our card with just 10 cent left over, but if you return the refillable card, you also get $ 2.00 back!

Any place that has automated wine machines, French Toast & English Toffee Lattes and mega-donuts is a keeper in my book. It’s like a delicatessen Starbucks, which they proudly brew by the way. Their deli cases were brimming with donuts, fruit tarts, eclairs, almond croissants, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, salads, sandwiches and chocolate-covered strawberries. My boyfriend and I enjoyed loading up our wine cards and intaking their wine before heading out to the Strip. I like the wine machines because you can taste a little sampling of the wines before purchasing a full glass or bottle. They have small, medium and full-glass pours. Be sure to save your finished wine cards and redeem them for free Fortuna coffee. With tv’s, wifi, wine, coffee, juice, salads, sandwiches and desserts, it really is your quintessential café. Starbucks with all the hoop and lace. Perfect place to grab a specialty coffee or a glass of vino and wine-down. Since Fortuna gets a lot of foot traffic, it’s probably not your best option to relax and whip out your laptop or book. But great to grab that latte or pastry for a nice pick-me-up. Not worth a special trip or anything but if you’re passing through or lodging at the Hilton, you should make your way over at some point during your stay.
