Okay normally I find retail Clothing salespeople annoying. But Courtney, the assistant manager at Fossil at the Fashion show mall at the strip? She is perfect. She smiles, has a great sense of humor and «gets people». She showed me lots of watches, and unfortunately none of them were what I wanted, but even after a «no sale» she stayed friendly and personable. I was so impressed with her I am writing this review! If you need a watch please go see her!!! Jj

I walked into the Fossil at the Miracle Mile shops in Las Vegas to see what was new. I hadn’t seen any new watches released for the summer and wanted to check them out.
I walked over to the case to look at them. A salesman came up to me.
«Can I see your watch?»
I show him. «Sure. It’s an iPod nano.»
«Oh.»
That’s all he said. It was so weird. I don’t know if he was confused, annoyed or what. I own several fossil watches. Sometimes I wear an iPod nano watch if I want something super modern.
I wouldn’t return to this place for the lack of customer service. I’ve never been to such an unfriendly Fossil in my life.
