Freedom Cycle Triumph Motorcycles

I recently bought a Vespa from these folk, they are SO NICE! I was feeling a bit sheepish cause I wasn’t ready for a heavy bike yet, I kind thought I’d feel silly all the way through. but not at all though.
The sales guy was super knowledgeable and super cool and helpful, the owner came out and said hello, there was a dog there lol.
They delivered my bike for me cause I still need to get my license and That guy was super nice and helpful too, walked me through my entire bike!

My dad and I were in Vegas, and decided that we wanted to rent motorcycles, my dad went to get everything ready while I was at an event, and SEAN is the most helpful guy there, he had all the bikes ready for us when we were there, got us some gear and had us on our way in no time at all, on top of that he called us a cab when we were done so we could get back to our hotel, just a great overall experience, and enjoyed it all. Thank you! Sean is the man.

We scheduled renting two bikes from Freedom last weekend. Though they were closed, Sean came and met us at the shop to set up the rental. Professional and accommodating, his going above and beyond made my dad’s trip out here so much better. To top it off, the bikes were in fantastic shape and ran incredibly. Looking forward to renting from them again and referring them to everyone I can!

AWESOME AWESOME!!! Totally handled every care & concern I had. My old bike shop dissolved so I was a little apprehensive in looking for a new place to do business with. Top marks across the board!!! I wanted a hard to find bike & my sales person Sean got the owner & finance manager Kristina involved immediately. The owner made several calls & made it happen. Sean & Kristina took total ownership of the situation & breezed me right through it. Then, when I go to order parts, instead of saying «that’s not my department» Kristina jumped into action & spent way more time with me then she should have. Sean gave me updates throughout the whole process & it was easy as pie! Craig also went way out of his way to call me & introduce himself in case I needed anything answered at any time. Looking forward to doing more business with them & I’m still blown away at how knowledgeable & professional the staff is. Real classy place all around

The staff here is genuine and just plain awesome! They really value their customers even after the sale and that says a lot. With the way they treat you, it makes you WANT to do business with them.
A year after I purchased my bike, I admit that I was considering selling it. It’s still a great bike, it’s just that I don’t get to ride it too much. But then I call them up about something unrelated and their service made me want to keep the bike out of loyalty, without them even knowing my thoughts of selling it.

Very lucky to have limped my ’05 Thruxton into Vegas after cooking the chain and sprockets on my way back to San Diego, CA from Sturgis, SD. When I showed up on the doorstep of Freedom Cycle I knew I was at the right place… right from the start. They opened the doors early, offered me a cold water and asked how they could help. I explained the issue and as soon as Kristina got on the case I knew they were going to do everything possible to get me back on the road. In fact, that just what they did. Even though they didn’t have one of the parts in stock that I needed, they sourced it from a friend and even drove an hour to pick it up for me. Are you kidding!!! This shop and the staff has deep roots in motorcycling and you’ll get a glimpse into that history when you take a look around at the collection of trophies and memorabilia– this shop is real! Love the no-​pressure atmoshphere. They have a great selection of bike accessories too. Craig is always great and super nice and helpful! He even remembered me and the bike I purchased 2 years later. I recently got an aprilia and its good knowing I can trust them to service it.

My review is based strictly on several visits to this dealership to drool on the latest and greatest from Triumph. I’ve not purchased a motorcycle there. However, the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to answer questions respectfully. The owner is usually there and loves to talk bikes. The dealership is spotless clean, very upscale and has a great selection of new and used bikes. Plus, they will let you test ride many of the Triumph bikes. I’ve taken out a Trophy 1200 and Tiger adventure bike. Both were incredible bikes and at the Trophy is a the top of my list for the next sport-​tourer. If you are in the market for a new or used MC, I’d recommend stopping by Freedom. Triumph bikes have come a long way have a cool kind of exclusivity that other brands can’t match. Plus, the sound of the triple engines is awesome — kind of a wailing howl that is completely unique.

Their showroom is imaculate. With some of the nicest staff at any vehicle dealership. I bought a used Yamaha FZ-​09 from these guys and everyone was extremely nice. Mark, Craig, and Kristina were all awesome and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. Craig offered me a great price on my trade-​in considering he had 3 bikes that were similar. Would definitely buy another bike from them when I’m in the market again.

Truly one of the best experiences I have had making an automotive purchase. Honest, and earnest staff to help guide me to not just purchase a bike but to ensure that it was a great fit. I could not have asked for anything more! Thanks to Craig Knapp and all the staff!

I had been lusting after an MV Agusta Brutale since the 800s were announced. While on a trip to Vegas I took advantage of the opportunity to see one in person before throwing down the money to order one from a dealership closer to home. I had a great experience talking with Craig. Even knowing that I wasn’t going to buy a bike from him, he took the time to answer my questions and talk bikes in general. When the dealer near my house fell through, I had such a positive experience with Freedom Cycles that it was worth it for me to get the bike through them and pay to have it shipped cross country. Their professionalism, communication regarding any issues, and customer service would make them my go to dealership if I were in the area. Highly recommended.

Terrific dealer! I rented a Tiger 800 from Mark and Mike on Monday. They let me ride off with their brand new bike in the rain. I was having so much fun that I was two hours late on the return on Tuesday. No problem. Free pick up and drop off at the airport. Still cant believe my luck at stumbling onto them on my quick trip to Vegas. Really friendly and helpful staff to boot. These boys are going to sell and rent a ton of bikes.

Normally I dread stepping into dealerships, whether car or motorcycle. Normally dealerships in the Vegas area are high pressure, in your face, buy right now. But you’ll get none of that at Freedom Cycle. Freedom Cycle is one of the few if not only dealership I actually enjoy visiting. Every time I step into Freedom Cycle I always feel welcome by their friendly staff without a dozen sales pitches tossed at me. You really get the feeling the staff are all passionate riders who want to talk motorcycles rather than a bunch of sales people looking to tear you away from your money.
When I was in the market for a new motorcycle I knew I wanted a Triumph, but was torn between a Street Triple and a Thruxton. Craig was extremely helpful in helping me make my decision. He had me test ride a Street Triple and a Bonneville, since they didn’t have a Thruxton for demo. At the end of the demo rides I was still torn between the two, but Craig encouraged me to go home, take my time and think about it so I can be truly happy with my decision. I was surprised because most dealerships try to make you buy a bike on the spot, so I appreciated Craig for letting me take my time.
When I returned a few weeks later to purchase my Thruxton, I met with Mark the owner and Kristina to complete the buying process. This was by far the easiest, pain-​free, pressure-​free, buying experience I’ve ever had. Never did I feel I was put on the spot or feel uncomfortable.
Freedom Cycle is truly a one of a kind dealership. All their staff is awesome and friendly, even Tax the shop dog. When Mark delivered my bike to me he said he wanted my continuing business, and he truly has earned it. As long as I’m riding, Freedom Cycle is the only place I’ll buy and service my bikes.

There’s a good reason this place already has a lot of my money…
I moved to Vegas in March of 2012 and brought my ’07 Daytona with me. When the electrical system had an issue, I didn’t have any Triumph-​specific place to take my bike and was forced to do the maintenance myself (which is no easy task considering my lack of mechanical knowledge).
A few months after doing the maintenance, I decided to research the closest Triumph dealership to Vegas and Freedom Cycle had just opened up a few miles away from home.
From the first visit to the brand new store, everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and accommodating. I am a huge Triumph fan and like learning all new things that come about. With the staff here being so knowledgable and personal, there’s no better place on earth to go and kill a couple of hours talking motorcycles.
Fast forward to November. When Freedom Cycle received a «special edition» Daytona (one of 20 imported to the US), I had to take a look at it. After talking with Craig for a couple of hours, it only made sense to trade in the ’07 for the new bike. The sales experience was easy and pain/​pressure-​free. In talking with Mark (owner) and Craig, I almost forgot I was buying a bike during the process and thought I was talking with buddies I’ve had for years.
I wanted a few aesthetic accessories put on the bike and Junior ensured a ridiculously quick turnaround and top notch work. At this point, I have more plans for parts/​accessories and have no reservations about bringing it there for every ounce of work that needs to be done.
I have now become one of those guys who drops into the shop for nothing other than to say hello and see how things are going. When Mark told me he didn’t just want me to buy the bike there but he wanted to make me «a customer for life», he did that for sure.
I don’t intend on living in Vegas for the rest of my life but I certainly intend on looking at Freedom Cycle first (and only) for my next Triumph motorcycle — because Lord knows there’ll be another one some day!
