Huge hype. Huge misinformation. Not told extra expenses built in as monitoring. No functionality in monitoring. No training in how to read meters. Numbers flash on meters with no clear reading technique and refusal to come out and show me how to read. My energy costs have doubled most months and tripled many months. No explanations from solar, NVENERGY or(even) PUC. Do NOT ever expect that PUC works for any other than electric company This company assured me that we’d be paying minimum charge to NVENERGY so that we’d be able to afford to pay for the company’s charges. I told them up front that I wanted solar so that I could better afford my chemotherapy. They lied to me. The used me and my desperation.

Best Service. Fast and reliable. Very good customer Service. Technician knows his stuff and found the error on my converter and reset my system. Very professional, on time and I believe also the best price in town. My previous solar company moved out of town and I tried to find a company to check on my inverter/converter box, which showed an error message. I talked to Customer Service, and I had the service scheduled. The technician was on time, exactly within the time period they quoted me. This company is now my solar company.
