Gorilla Rose

Overall, I am very sad to say my experience was not a positive one. I have attached photos of my damaged items. Not including the what was damaged from my 1^st home. The garage door step edge was broken and crumbed with the movers.
The move was scheduled for 8AM. When I called, I was told that they forgot about my scheduled move and that they will send people right over in 30 – 40 min. It was over an hour later from the call and they did not start until 11AM.
Confirmed with TWO separate phone calls –the following questions were confirmed. 1– That you were insured– Told Yes via phone but no from the labors staff 2– $ 63 an hour came with a 3 men and truck– NO tuck was provided 3– that they would wrap our items to prevent damage– Items were not wrapped and they were damaged.
The movers damaged my new home with the move. They rushed to get items into the house.

Lost the bolts to the kitchen table. They said they placed them in a «cup» at the old house. Did not offer to go get them. Cup is no where to be found and we have to go purchase bolts to place the table together.
They took apart the kitchen table, Three bed frames and a desk. They did NOT put anything back together
The labor men were very nice, friendly, worked hard. We feed them breakfast and lunch because they were great to interact with and we stayed out of their way. Now I wish we were more watchful. They did move my items like rose. There was a large thunderstorm but that should be the reason for the rushing and damaging my home and items.
I am disappointed.

I promised I’d write a review for Brian & «Stormin Norman» when I moved. That was almost 2 months ago… sorry for the delay guys! I was so under the gun to move, and I had no help whatsoever friend-wise…but these two guys were the best friends I could’ve ever had on that day. They were both very personable, funny and helpful… they both can just look at your stuff and «see» where it should go in the truck… amazing! Everything fit like a puzzle. Brian even helped me at my storage space as well. They saved my back, my time, and my money… but mostly my sanity. I only wish they’d been at the other end when it was time to unpack. If I move back to the vegas valley, you can be sure that I will call them again… thanks so much! Carol M

Talk about Great Service!!!
So I was driving from San Francisco to Las Vegas in a massive U-​Haul, wondering how a girl like myself and my mother were going to unload my whole U-​Haul and transport all my many, let me emphasize… MANY items into an upstairs apartment in 110 degrees, let me emphasize UPSTAIRS IN 110 HEAT! The thought was unbearable. I honestly thought movers just moved your items from one location to another. I had no idea that it was possible to just hire movers for unloading/​loading purposes. As we were driving I decided to hop on Unilocal and see what I could find, Gorilla Rose caught my attention because they had a special tag! I read some awesome reviews, but what really sealed the deal was the special they are offering if you mention you found them on Unilocal!3 movers for the price of 2!!!
I called Brian the owner, who was so very nice and helpful. I was ecstatic now that I was going to have help moving in. The 3 helpers showed up on time and ready to work! They did not waste a second! Each and every one of them was so very kind, courteous, and pleasant to be around. Especially Peggy. I had read in a previous review great things about her and she definitely lived up the hype. I was stressed about moving and am a worry wort when it comes to my stuff and making sure it’s handled properly. She made me feel like I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about. Peggy has great energy and I am so thankful I had the chance to meet her.
Thank you so much to Gorilla Rose for everything! Hiring you was the best part about this move. I will definitely be using you every time in the future I need something that you can assist with and I will be referring you to many others! Thanks again!
