Great service at GQ Cleaners at the Grand Flamingo Centre location on Grand Canyon! I have an old standby black velvet«designer» LOL2 piece sweat suit with«leather» piping that needed cleaning. My Birthday was two days away and I asked if it could be ready by then. I was gonna sport it to a kickback I was invited to my some local MMA fighters and I noticed that is ALL they wear(LOL), so what da hell… might as well blend in. The attendant wished me a Happy Birthday and said«no problem… you prepay $ 9.00». Now keep in mind it costs me twice as much in Cincinnati and I’ve never been happy with how it turned out… always stiff and over processed. Not this time. It came back dark and soft with a little sheen to it. I have no idea what process they use at GQ cleaners but I was GQ that week in my gear. Good job!

I was a tad nervous about this place due to the bad reviews, but it’s near my work(and I wasn’t going to pay the ridiculous price quoted by Tiffany Couture Cleaners which is much closer to my work… $ 30 each for two coats! Crazy.) so I thought what the hell, I’ll give it a go. I went in and the woman greeted me smiling and was very pleasant. It was only $ 13.80 for both coats and the ticket said they would be ready in two business days(I was in no hurry). I headed over to get them before work then remembered the review about them giving the customer shit for showing up early. I checked the ticket and sure enough it said after 5pm and I was heading over around 11:30. I stepped in and again she smiled and said hello. I said I knew I was early but was on my way to work and she grabbed them off the rack without even checking my ticket. She remembered me. She was friendly. The coats look great. They were ready to go a little early with no hassle. I don’t do much dry cleaning, but if I need more I’ll be coming here.

I went to have a zipper repaired on a pair of pants and I had to go back 3 times. The seamstress does not know how to put a zipper on! Horrible customer service! I do not recommend this establishedment!

I met Roger Kim, one of the owners, through my job when I needed a late-night traveling notary, and I found out he and his family own and operate GQ. I was tired of the Fazio Fraud, so I gave them a shot. I was instantly hooked – prices 1⁄3 of the other chains, prompt service, and friendly when I go in.(I don’t know what rudeness some of the other reviewers experienced, but they know me so maybe my experience is different.) They do all kinds of small fixes for me(firming up buttons that are loose, re-attaching hooks, etc.) without charge(or maybe with charges so small I don’t notice them. One day I drive across town to pick up my dry cleaning, only to arrive at 6:06 and realize they had closed at 6:00. Roger happened to be in the van in the parking lot, and he came up and volunteered to let me in to get my clothes. Give them a shot. .. you’ll be glad you did. .. and kiss Fazio goodbye!

At first I thought that their service was the way it is because of the poor english speaking ability, and then after a few visits, I realized that the lady is rude. I am tired of them not being accommodating to my needs as a customer. I DON’T CARETHATITSAYSPICKUPAFTER6. I know that my laundry is ready, and in the back waiting for me to pick up at 515. We pay the same price for next day or 2 day, and I was accommodating when I gave you 2 days instead of 1 to clean my clothes… I wont be back.
