Gramercy Parc Apartments

Gramercy Parc Apts is hidden behind Cuba Café and Sergio’s Italian Restaurant on Tropicana between Eastern and Spencer. The complex is owned/​operated by Pinnacle for seniors 50+. I have lived here 6 months. The community is VERY friendly and neighbors know each other by name and really do say hello to each other daily. Office staff are friendly, playful and super customer service friendly. Made my first maintenance request yesterday… less than 24 hours later both issues were fixed completely. The complex is quiet, peaceful and cared for. Amenities include pool, indoor hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts and a putting green. Parking is more than adequate. This is a gated community. Though I have a car, the location is on two major bus lines (Tropicana and Eastern). Having lived in several other complexes in Las Vegas and Henderson, I am VERY happy here and would highly recommend Gramercy Parc for mature folks who want safety, convenience and community in a respectful and peaceful environment.
