Just received my Fujitsu ScanSnap. What a great recommendation Lisa. It is what I have been looking in a portable scanner. Easy to use, fast, smart(identifies horizontal/landscape pages), and allows the option to make documents searchable. Thank you for the prompt service.

I have been working with Graphic Imaging for the last 8 years. Their service has always been fast and friendly. They have always listened to our needs and met or surpassed them. I have, and will again refer their services to anyone with scanning needs.

This is the worst service I have ever had. They had my art for almost two weeks and failed to even scan it. I had to call and check the status of my scan after a solid week of waiting expecting them to scan it. They then told me they would do it Monday. I wait till wed to call and check the status, they then tell me it’s scheduled for Thursday. Not once did they call and tell me of these status changes. The piece they were supposed to scan is already sold, and they left me looking like a bad artist to my customers, all because they cant be professional and tell someone whats going on. I call today and after being told it hasn’t even been scanned yet, i ask to come get my art back. I am told i cannot receive my work without talking to Lisa(who didnt answer or return my call). After leaving Lisa a message demanding my work, I get a call from the front desk saying its ok to pick up my work IE Lisa called Sara but failed to return my call. Absolutely unacceptable, I wouldn’t copy a my cats vet records here, let alone fine art.
