I have to admit, I was at first nervous about coming here because the hair cuts are so cheap. But they were extremely friendly and did such a great job cutting my hair. I even brought my 1 year old in and my husband to get their hair cut as well! I would definitely go back!

I just had a haircut here. Holly was very rude. I spoke to her in calm voice. She asked me simple closed ended questions to which i answered. She asked me are you sure «it was a metal 5 guard?» i simply said «yes.» She yelled «IM TELLING YOU NO ONE HAS A METAL 5 HERE.» I was shocked that she raised her voice. I said its no big deal and that im not arguing or anything. I further told her yes im aware that a metal 5 is not common but my hairstylist last time borrowed it from her neighbor. «Ill read you the notes!» She read me the notes from my last visit where it said they took 4 inches off top. Which was really inaccurate when because ive had buzzcuts for the past 6 months. I asked is 4 inches long? She said «i dont know.» (This is a hairstylist saying this.) She took out a ruler and i took that measurement and heald it against my scalp to show her the length of hair. Lol. I said yeah thats not possible bc 4 inches is too long and that the notes were from a long time ago. And to Holly… the whole purpose was to see what the last hairstylist used on me last time, not how many inches was cut taken off. Cmon man.
I usually tip the other hairstylists $ 5. I tipped Holly $ 0 because she was rude and did not take her time with the cut (5 mins)
If i come back it wouldnt be for Holly but for the other hairstylists.

Found out Holly was the manager. Shes so rude and incompetent.
Yea never coming back here again.

I have been to this place numerous times over the past two years. My favorite stylist, Lydia, left a few months ago and my experience with various other stylists has varied from okay to excellent. But this week was a real loser. I had never seen Morrison there before, and after the lousy haircut she gave me, I may not go back at all because I don’t want to set eyes on her again — it was that bad. To make matters worse she went on the offensive verbally, saying in so many words that the sheering was just what I asked for. The manager tried to fix it but there was not much hair left to work with. I don’t know that I will ever go back, at least not until she quits.

Being a busy mom, I seldom have «me» time. Tonight, I was able to squeeze in a haircut just 20 minutes before the salon closes. Checked in online and expected to receive a less than pleasant greeting from the employees. To my surprise, Patricia made me feel welcome with just 15 minutes left til closing shop. Most people would be antsy to go home but both stylist, Patricia and Biance were very accommodating upon my arrival. I showed Biance what haircut I would like to achieve, she happily cut my hair and even offered to blow dry it so I can I see and style my haircut. I said to her no need because I am holding them back from going home. Bianca insisted that she would blow dry my hair. I love my haircut and the service they provided despite the fact that they were almost closing when I came in.

Today was my second time coming here and only because my hair stylist became the store manager of this store! Her name is Holly and she is truly the best. I love the way she cuts my hair and how she never gets crazy and cuts more than I would like her to. Store is clean and staff is friendly. I will be coming here all the time from now on.

My daughter has been donating her hair every 2 years. It’s that time again. The hair dresser Holly was really nice, friendly & helpful and cut my daughter’s hair really nicely. If you donate hair, cuts here are free. I did buy Biolage shampoo conditioner and gave Holly a tip. Overall, good place for a kids’ haircut.

This is where you go when you need a quick cut. That’s it, that’s all. No color, no perms, no special services. Just cuts. I honestly dont even know if they do blow outs or not.
No appointments necessary, and you can «check in» online.

If your appearance is important to you, your making a big change in your hair style, or have the money to go to a salon; do NOT come here! Don’t talk yourself into «giving it a chance» or saving some money! It’s not worth it! You’ll end up close to tears like I am now.
I came in with my bf who was getting a trim. And decided I didn’t want to wait to go get my cut, even though I wanted bangs and didn’t trust the people here. So I start to talk to the lady about my ideas thinking were having a consultation and she agrees to all of my ideas and in the end we don’t decide on anything. She starts the trim and says we’ll make up our minds about the bangs later. So after she cuts off all the dead (three inches) and I’m MISERABLE about the length of my hair I decide to go with the bangs even though she still isn’t very confident or willing to say her opinion.
THE END RESULT?! a very blunt bang right under my eyebrows across my whole face with very little to no blending. I could have set a bowl on my head an done this to my own damn self. I paid 15 dollars, gave a three dollar tip which was still to generous, for some low self esteem and a generic hair cut.
Lesson learned :(

Been here a few times, most of the time the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The only time i had an issue was i checked in online through iphone app, but the place just closed when i got there and the lady in there was not very helpful (guess she wanted to go home a lot more than helping me). I told her i checked in from the app but all she said was «too bad, come back tomorrow «. That was the only time I had any issues with this place.

This might be one of the best Great Clips I’ve been to. Being able to check in online is very nice. As a guy, I appreciate their ability to get you in and out quickly with good results!

This is the 2^nd time I took my son for his trim & he had the same gal, Liz who does a great job. Not only that but she put my (shy) teen at ease both times which greatly impressed me. As we were paying she even said that it was 11 wks ago that we were last here which was correct since he had grown quite shaggy with a lil pony tail!
