Went to GTS for a cracked Iphone 5 screen. said they could fix it with a genuine Apple screen for $ 105 so I Gave them my money and phone.
Got the phone back and screen popped out on top after a couple days. Took it back and had to convince them to fix it.
Got the phone back and after 24 hours the screen went dark.
Took it back a second time and they said its not the screen. That it had a damaged screen plug-​in, probably because the screen popped out the first time. They would not fix it and refused to give me a refund.
Went to Apple and the guy said its beyond repair and this is not an apple screen. Had to buy a replacement phone.
I would recommend not taking your phone here for repair. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

this place is awesome, the guy working on the iphones there was able to fix my phone fast. my phone was trying to shut itself off for no reason. even when i wasnt touching a spot close to the shut off button.

I went to GTS Wireless to fix my iPhone because the ringer and vibrate wasn’t working. They said to come back a few hours later, and I did, only to find that they couldn’t fix it and recommended me doing a clean Restore on my computer. Oh well, I’ll give it a shot.
I go home only to discover my speakers are broken as well. They mentioned opening my phone up, and I’m assuming they broke it in the process trying to fix the ringer and vibrate, which they didn’t. So not only is my ringer and vibrate still broken, my speaker is broken as well. Now I’m stuck using it with a bluetooth I bought from Frys for twenty bucks today ;(I would go back and complain, but what’s the point?
They were quoting me $ 60 for the repair as well, which I think is a little overpriced. Of course, they didn’t expect me to pay because they could not fix the problem.
To be fair, they have some good deals on jailbreaking and fixing iPhone screens and the lady helping me seemed modest and tried to be helpful. In reality, however, I can’t really recommend it.
PRO: Some OK deals
CON: They broke my iPhone even more :(
