Went shopping here after I received my tax return and once I was checking out, the employee ask, «if I was from out of state?» I replied, «I was a local!» Therefore, couldn’t receive the special discount they offer to out of state visitors! I was livid and decided to return my entire purchase the following day… And took my business to Express. Told all my «local» friends how Guess fails to cater to locals!!! Do they think tourists are here shopping Monday thru Thursday?

Customer service is absolutely lacking here. We were in the store a good 20 minutes browsing around and not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. I’ve worked in the retail industry before and that’s a big no no. It’s not like they were busy or anything because sometimes that’s understandable but with only a handful of people in the store with several employees a simple hello shouldn’t be hard to come by.
