This company understands what using an advertising site such as Groupon/​living social it’s all about! Provided good customer service, excellent instructions, and attention to detail– they understand that using a discount site assists them in getting repeat service if they do it right???
And they are doing it right!!!

By far the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. I’ve had a few trainers in both San Diego and Las Vegas/​Chicago (when I travel) and Michelle knows her stuff. She came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. She works you hard but in a way that shows results. If you can get on her calendar, you’ll be lucky and your hard core will thank you.

This is by far the worst studio I’ve been to. The owner Michelle was rude and unprofessional. I waited by the front desk for 5 mins before she even acknowledged me. Very arrogant. Beware!

I found Hard core pilates to be very unprofessional. I bought a living social for 5 pilates classes and I had two weeks before the voucher would expire. I called four times trying to schedule to come in before my expiration date. I also left several message expression my concern about the expiration date. I did not get a return call. I finally got a hold of someone after the experation date, only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about the expired voucher but give me one class. I made the appointment. When i showed up there was one instructor who never acknowledged my presence. I stood at the door for five minutes, being completely ingnored until I finally walked to the front of the studio and just began signing myself in. the instructor then finally came to give me the waiver to sign. I would never ever buy another class from this unfriendly and unprofessional place.

Owner doesn’t even know how to work her own customer booking system, I’m now worried about the safety of my personal information.

Michelle is the best Pilates Instructor in town! She helped my change my body and my life. Training at Hard Core Pilates with Michelle for the past five months and I lost 30 lbs. Thank you Michelle, I am hooked on Pilates for life.

I’m new to Pilates and I am impressed with this studio. Newbies must first attend a class at noon to learn the basics in a personalized setting; then we can attend any class.
All classes are by appointment. You proceed through the routine at your own pace.
I have a 15 class package and have high hopes for my own success ;-)
