Harry Winston

HW is the brand we always dream of buying, the quality and the service is always the top! We came here to purchase our wedding band on September, and Sara Huang helped us out. She is soooo nice and friendly, very patient and informative. We add each other’s WeChat, so can communicate with each other all the time about the shipment status and the invoice issue. Really appreciate all her help and she even mailed one HW moon cake to us, what a surprise!

I was struggling to choose between a piece from Chanel and Harry Winston. To be honest, I was leaning more toward the one from Chanel, but I left Bellagio with a HW bag. So what changed my mind? I would say mostly their professionalism and attitude, but of course the gorgeous piece was also part of the reason. I still love the Chanel piece, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think I will get it from their Bellagio location. It seems to me that the people who worked at the Chanel store had an attitude. It makes me feel like they won’t take you serious unless you have money or unless they think you have money. But this didn’t happen at Harry Winston. They were friendly and after being professionally introduced to the criteria of what a good piece is, I finally walked away with the one that I love.

I bought a wedding band 2700 dollars, as soon as you paid for it, you are screwed up, because you were god, and then you are trash now!!! I broke up my girlfired two days ago, and only had this ring for five days!!! I went back to store and ask the manager TONY for the refund, he said NO, they have strict policy. Are you kidding me? Cartier, Hermes, and other high end store, they all have the strict policy!!! I just want to get my refund, no store credit. I just don’t want to own this wedding band anymore!!! And right now, I cheked the ring carefully and found the ring is DEFECTIVE!!! There is a little hair SCRATCH on the ring!!! DON’T TELL ME I MADE IT, I never wear it and never take it out of the box!!! I’m going to call HARRY WINSTON NEW YORK tomorrow to ask them to give me the refund!!! Can’t accept the DEFECTIVE ring! Are you guys crazy about the money??? DON’T BUY anything from here!!! They should learn good things from Cartier!!!

I don’t know what’s up with the guy who gave a 1 star review, there’s ONLY TWO HW in las vegas, and that’s in Crystal city center and bellagio not forum shop or any other low class malls. The one I went to had excellent customer service and was very patient with me. I spent almost 4 hour in there looking around and trying on stuff and they didn’t feel annoyed at all.

Did I purchase something from Harry Winston? No. Did someone purchase something for me at Harry Winston? No. Did I go inside of Harry Winton? No. Why am I doing a review for Harry Winston you ask? I stood outside staring, drooling at the fabulous window display. I gazed at the most brilliant, clearest diamond I have ever laid eyes on. The cut, color, and clarity were sheer perfection. I write this review for selfish reasons. I write this to affirm that I will one day own a Harry Winston diamond.

I was visiting from out of town and damaged my watch. I went to Harry Winston and was expecting rude snooty associates. Instead I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes by everyone in the store. The level of customer service I received from everyone was the best from any jeweler, or any store for that matter. They were professional, yet friendly and very genuine. I didn’t want to leave the store! I was treated like a princess! My watch was returned to me cleaned and fixed to perfection! I highly recommend this store to anyone! I look forward to visiting Harry Winston every time I am in Vegas! Thank you to Harry Winston for the best customer service ever!

So, I’m in no position to really be saying yes let’s go to Harry Winston, but let’s admit it — what girl isn’t a big fan of diamonds? As far as diamonds go, I’m a big fan. A bright shinning star fan.
So when we passed Harry’s we had to go in. (Well we didn’t have to, but I’m dating a man that has an affinity for pretty things too — he’s dating me, right?)
I put on a necklace that I swear to you I would have worn vaccumming, and nothing else. Of course Harry only has colorless diamonds. I was infatuated. Then William Friskhorn showed us a piece (a necklace) that is one of a kind. None other in the world right now. It was a mere 350k. I choked. I also tried to make my beautiful green eyes sparkle as much as the diamonds.
I tried on a 5 carat emerald cut VS1 (or 2) ring with baquettes. I started shaking. We had to get out of there because I started sweating. I’m not ready for that. But it was the most beautiful piece I have ever placed upon my hand. I’m telling you, this ring could have competed with Grace Kelly’s 10 carat. It was AH— MAZING…
So I’ve said enough about the diamonds, let me get to the store itself. Not pretentious and there for service. These jewelers know their stuff. Treat you with respect, and really, really were polite. I carefully placed William’ss card in Joe’s wallet right behind the AmEx (just in case)…we did discuss my necklace choices over dinner. But none came home. A girl can keep dreaming. If and when we do go back, I’d love to make to to Harry’s.
As an addendum — I had to update my review with William’s name. I mean I did do a great job on product placement in his wallet. I had to text my beau and he had it right where I had left it and was able to provide me with William’s full name.
William was professional and knowledgable. (And pretty hot I might add). Go in there and ask for him — he really made the experience so much fun for us. Especially me!
I’d even consider naming my Corgi Winston… I love the name Winston!

This HW salon is probably amongst one of the very few unpretentious high end jewelry salons in the U.S. It is not a huge HW salon in comparison to the Beverly Hills salon or the Manhattan flagship. It carries a very good classic selection of HW engagement rings, fashion pieces, watches, and several fine color stone pieces. Even though I did not end up sealing an engagement ring deal here, Tony, the salon manager, and his staff were very patient, gracious, and professional. I would not hesitate to buy from this location if I am to acquire a HW piece.

Once hotornot sells, I’m getting a Harry Winston watch. In other words, never. A girl can dream, right? :-)
