Great poke, but they are closed on Tuesdays, and randomly closed on some days. Which is a bummer because I work on the strip and it’s a short drive to grab a quick lunch.

I got a small container of Tako Poke and it was totally not up to the hype. The Tako Poke was bland, the octopus was sliced too thin and small. I’m not sure how the octopus was cooked but it was flavorless, and it didn’t come with rice.

The poke was not too bad. It could have used a bit more sesame oil and shoyu to up the moisture/unctuous level. The texture was firm – I wish it were a bit softer. The one with mayo was not quite as fresh as the main one(shoyu). I did like that it was a generous portion – and at the right prices. Service was nice but not overly friendly at the one time I went at lunch. But overall I appreciated getting a dose of poke in las vegas. There is no tables inside, but outside there is one stone round table that is nicely placed outside the poke place. I parked on the street right outside – that seemed easiest.

Yummy Poke! This place is a gem, no doubt. They had a variety of poke, lomi salmon, and a respectable menu with local Hawaii food. Definitely worth a trip, if you’re craving some food from home!

The lady put three different kinds of pokes(wasabi, spicy and takao) in one small container. All smashed together when I told her I want three different kinds each in ½ containers. They charge you for extra containers which is unheard of. Plus, she over charged me… Bummer.

Best place in LV if your looking for fresh poke! But you gotta get there early because they run out fast

This was my 3rd attempt at trying this place. First two times they were closed when Unilocal listed their hours otherwise. I get there at 2 wanting more to try a poke bowl.(They close at 6) Come to find out they’re out of rice… Yeah rice. On top of that the lady working there was extremely unpleasant. Would not go back for a 4th time.

Been here several times never got around to the review till today for some odd reason. Locally owned by people from Hawaii. Best thing about this place is everything is fresh and ono-licious. I recommend this place to everyone if they want the best poke in vegas.

If you are a local resident, or just visiting LV, this place is the best poke stop in town. A taste of home at it’s finest. Ono, fresh fish everytime and excellent service. Family owned, Dennis and Mari have had this small business here in Chinatown for years and have many many loyal customers. including Subaru of Las Vegas. Every Friday, I would come for my order at lunchtime and before I knew it, almost half the dealership wanted to eat poke too. Now, every week, for well over a year, Dennis and Mari have our orders ready for pickup like clockwork. All of us here at Subaru recommend Hawaiian Style for all your poke needs! Mahalo nui Dennis and Mari! See you both next Friday:)

Simply the best Ahi Tuna on the on the mainland! The have s few other items, but it’s hard not go for the Spicy Ahi Tuna! Very reasonably priced. Since they are really set up for takeout we get ½ pound container to go and enjoy it as appetizers at one of many Asian places in Las Vegas’ Chinatown.

I went back to see if my experience would be different. Yes, I’m a sucker for giving a place the benefit of the doubt. This time I ordered the 2nd smallest size, I think it’s ½ lb, of ahi limu. I also ordered a spicy mayo ahi bowl for my husband. No doubt, the Poké here taste fresh. The cut are a little too chunky for my liking, possibly why I only got a few pieces last time. But since I did get a bigger size this time, of course there were more lol. Anyway, I wasn’t going to update this review, but since I said I would just go to Island Sushi for my Poké in my last review… Uh… I had island sushi Poké today and it was so fishy to me. I’ve had it before and it was always hit or miss. After having the fresher tasting Poké here at Hawaiian, I take back what I said in my last review lol.

On January 15, 2016 I walked in and the owners are very welcoming. I love the fact that they are from Hawaii and are true locals that serve with ALOHA! Atmosphere is very clean and perfect amount of space. They have a variety of Hawaiian snacks such as dried aku my favorite and more! They have a great variety of hawaii’s beverages. I sampled their spicy ahi mixed poke and shoyu ahi poke. They were both very ONO! Bought the shoyu ahi poke bowl and enjoyed every single bite of it. I just wanted to go back to order more but I was too full so I decided to come back today January 16, 2016. Purchased their spicy ahi mixed poke. Everything is Fresh and consistent! Defiantly will be returning. I love it here easy parking and there’s never a long wait. I recommend this poke shop to everyone!

It was okay. Super hole in the wall on the side of Chinatown lol. I went with the limu poke and spicy poke. The limu was okay. There was virtually no taste or anything but at least the fish was fresh. Moving along to the spicy, now that one was actually pretty good and actually spicy. Some places are too nervous to add a kick, but I thought this was actually just right. Fish was overall fresh. I thought they’d have a bigger selection being located in Chinatown but that wasn’t the case. It’s a little far away from my house(most of them are) but I’d probably most likely would return only if I was in the area. The prices were pretty average. For 2 ¼ lbs I ended up pay a little over $ 5 each. Total came to $ 12.95 plus a drink so that wasn’t a bad deal. I’d return, but they need a little more seasoning or something lol.

Mixed feelings about this place. pros: — hole in the wall poke! Coming from Boston, there are no poke places :( — reasonably priced — variety of flavors cons: — no seating — they charge extra for an extra empty container. — not as flavorful as the ones in Hawaii(but expected) — seem to run out of certain poke quickly

If they run out of one of the pokes they will make it to order for you! they make a small batch at a time so the food doesn’t sit out. bare bones kind of place so just swing by to pick some up. most everything is $ 15/lb — pricey if you’re coming from LA(bc poke is trendy and everywhere there) but worth it once in a while bc there aren’t many legit poke places in Vegas — and none near me.

Oh how I love thee, poke bowl, with your scantily clad limu dress on over your raw pink desirable flesh! Here is a small shop with a variety of poke to choose from. Buy by the pound or by the bowl with rice. Ono(good) for your palette, easy on your wallet.

So we decided to check out this place after reading some Unilocal reviews. I was super craving some poke and being that we were visiting in town, thought this would be a good place to check out. It was a Monday around 1pm. I went in and decided on the poke bowl(the original flavors). The lady working there told me I was not going to be able to get a poke bowl because they havent made rice yet. she told me to come back in an hour if I wanted the poke bowl otherwise it would have to be just the poke. I gave it only two stars because the poke was decent and I just couldn’t understand how by 1pm they still haven’t made rice or more poke. I honestly wouldn’t go back.

I was visiting from California and we have a lot of places that sell poke so I decided to give this place a try. I literally need to have poke at least once every week because that’s how addicted I am! I was curious as to how fresh the fish would taste considering how Vegas is far from being close to the ocean. I’ve had my fair share of bland, or dry fish, and even fish that doesn’t taste fresh at all. And surprisingly, this place has really great poke bowls for being out here in the desert. However, I was a little disappointed that they barely had any more fish left so we had very few to choose from. But other than that, the leftover flavored fish they had left was still tasteful!

Amazing food! A friend suggested this hidden gem located just a few miles off the strip and our group wanted to give it a try. First day we stopped by this place they only had enough rice for two bowls of POKE, so we decided to share and had the spicy ahi. Delicious is all I can say. We decided to come back on the last day of our trip before leaving and this time there was enough rice for everyone to have their own bowl. I decided to have the spicy ahi and a small container of their Limu style ahi. The limu was good, but I would prefer the spicy ahi(Would be nice if it was a bit spicier). Long story short, fresh food, nice workers/owners, and just good food in general
