Hermès

Bought seven items from Hermes over recent years. I asked them to install a new battery in a very expensive watch that I purchased from them and to polish the metal. After Three trips to their store and six telephone conversations they failed to polish the watch and the charged me 350% more than they quoted for the battery. I’ve never seen such a lack of care and customer service. Their incompetence is over the top. i will never buy from them again. Their are to many high end competetors that still treat their customers with respect. They lack manners common business sense.

On our last weekend Vegas trip I originally went to Bellagio for a little Chanel mini shopping spree. On my way out of Bellagio, Hermés was near our exit and I couldn’t resist coming inside and taking a peak.
I didn’t expect much customer service because usually the SA’s at other Hermés locations are busy but as we walked in we were greeted by Louis and as we were walking around scoping out different items he approached us to see if we were looking for anything in particular. I mentioned wanting to take a look at Hermés Belts and he walked me right over to the belt kits. He showed me different H buckles, the different color leather belt options and then measured my waist line for the perfect fit.
I was very happy with the attentive customer service from Louis and he instantly made this location and himself a shopping preference for my Hermés needs! He is very helpful, friendly and a blast to converse with. I definitely will be back because I love shopping in Vegas on our frequent trips.

Love the service from Sarah and Mei-​ing. They are friendly and very helpful on getting the bag my wife wanted. They are not pushy at all and has excellent knowledge of the products they are selling. I would go back again and buy from them over and over again.

A sales associate was so rude (this time i got his name and his name is Louis). He actually ignored and diregarded my boyfriend’s opinion on some scarves; as if my boyfriend was not even there! How wonderful! *frown* I know i am the one buying but please… doesn’t mean you have to be treating him rudely. System was down for almost half a day towards closing hour. My God. They had to charge my card the old fashion way (jackie chan’s face). I told him i will be back, but now i have my doubts after a very rude treatment and inconvenience. i really love the scarves and i want to buy them but *shrug* i guess i really have to come in looking like a million dollar baby

Excellent service especially from Sarah. She’s very friendly and honest. She helped me a lot in obtaining one of my dream purse. She even came on her day off just to accommodate my needs. Thanks Sarah and to your team!

I was here about a year ago. I was on vacation with my best friend’s family. My friend’s father decided to force us into this store to show us youngin’s (all in our 20’s, by the way) what he thought was a great example of a perfect tie, presumably for a future Father’s Day. I am black, my friend’s family is white (this may not seem at all relevant, but stay with me).
At one point, I looked over at a salesperson and, what I thought was, his manager. I saw them talking to each other quietly while looking over at our group. Not once did they actually greet us or ask if we needed anything. I thought nothing of it and we moved on from the ties.
As we were moving about the store, I realized that same salesperson was now following our group, specifically, me. We looked at the scarves within the glass case and I started feeling very uncomfortable.
Look, I’m from Los Angeles and I work retail. I realize that sometimes you just have to keep an eye on someone, it’s part of the job. I also know that the best defense against shoplifting is attention and kindness. Once the thief knows you are being attentive, they are far less likely to take the risk of stealing. We did not receive any of that attentiveness, instead we felt scrutiny.
We left the store sooner than planned with our credit cards un-​charged, my comfort level quite deflated, and the knowledge that we had all just gone through what we had heard about for so long, but never actually witnessed or had to experience. Also, knowing we would never shop at that location on future visits.

So disappointed in the lack of service at Hermes at City Center on Saturday, but figured we would try the one at Bellagio. At least the security guard smiled at us and said hello. Other than that, nothing. Clearly, rudeness is encouraged throughout the Hermes company. It’s a shame because we used to enjoy buying something on each of our trips.

If you want EXCELLENT customer service you want Jackie.
She is the ONLY reason I go to Vegas now. I refuse to shop at any other Hermes store because Jackie has gone above and beyond to cater to my needs and wants. I tell her my wants and needs (needs like African childrens needs food) and she make it happen. She is never pushy but she be sassy so bring your reading glasses cause the library is open and that girl will read a B. I don’t travel all the way from Canada and pay the ridiculous exchange rate for anyone but for Jackie, she is worth it. I would call ahead and make sure your travel plans fit her work schedule cause lets be honest you need a sales person helping you when dealing with Airmess.

In all seriousness, I had been in the market for a Hermès for awhile and I found a gorgeous pattern at this location. The sales team graciously showed me ways to wear my lovely scarf and also directed me to download the Hermès Silk Knots app for additional tutorials. How fabulous! Life is all about the little luxuries, and they can be had here!

I began my Hermes adventure with the wonderful Ms. Sarah at this dainty little boutique tucked away in the lobby of Bellagio.
Sarah is such a sweet SA, and even though I sometimes shop at my local H boutique, she’s always provided top notch service and of course… gorgeous bags.
Ask for Sarah, she will take care of you.

Richard is the best sales associate among all others at any Hermes Boutique I have ever been to! He is gentle, polite, smart and very professional. After a short conversation, I knew he had been living in Japan for years in the past, my fiancé could still recognized Richard’s japanese accent. Nevertheless, he used to work at Hermes boutique in Waikiki, Hawaii. Thus, I assume that given his «international experiences» and the length of his career life, Richard really knows how to properly treat a customer! Anyway, we have had a very pleasant shopping experience at the Hermes boutique at Bellagio! Absolutely gonna come back and shop more there one we have time!

I’ve been to a dozen or so different Hermes locations, and this is quite literally the only one where I have actually found a friendly, helpful sales associate. I worked with Randi during our last visit to Vegas, and although I only purchased a few silk goods, she was seriously AWESOME. Definitely will be returning.

Hermes is the epitome of opulence and refinement. Famed for their coveted Birkin bag, initially by Martha Stewart, then more recently by Kim Kardashian’s realty show, their products are in high demand — even with the younger hip generation.
This smaller boutique store is conveniently located near the lobby of Bellagio Hotel. The service is very attentive inside.
Craig is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. He showed me more artistic ways to wear my scarves (without the need to tie them). They carry rich colors, designs, and patterns in scarves, bracelets, and accessories.
He gift wrapped my item (which is standard Hermes protocol), but with some extra little thoughtful treats… very classy. Because of Craig’s attentive kind service — 5 stars, maybe 4 without him?
Got my first classic Hermes scarf ring!!! I truly always needed one, since I lost my pricey gorgeous Alexander McQueen moth skull scarf while running errands. It must have just slipped off my neck, and an Hermes scarf ring could have prevented that from happening! You can fully understand, girlies?

Stopped in the store @ the Bellagio to look for a wallet. The salesman was very helpful and I was able to select one pretty easily. Love this store!
