Place is terrible! Bugs everywhere! Never seen anything like it! Office staff is unpleasant, they need a new bug guy. Obviously what he’s doing isn’t doing the job! Gross! Unlivable, no a/​c, no hot water, overall disgusting. Do NOT move into this roach infested ghetto trash hole.
Update: was robbed at gunpoint at 1pm, they got my car and crashed it. I’m terrified for my life and still have to pay to get out of here. Again, don’t move here and experience the what I did. NO SECURITY, unsafe!

Do not move here!!! Maintenance takes forever to fix anything (my AC has stopped working a number of times, same goes w/​my heating… takes at least 3 days to fix. Ever gone 3 days w/​o AC in the middle of July? I HAVE), office personnel is clueless & ever changing, people don’t curb their dog so there are mounds of dog feces you have to avoid, mailroom isn’t secure & mailboxes get broken into (mine has). I could go on.
It’s just not a great place. I’m pinched on pennies otherwise I’d move in a second. Avoid at all costs if you can!

Leave while you have a chance!!! Most horrible conditions to ever live in. I had to transfer apartments due to bums harassing me. You will not I repeat will not receive the model home apartment they show you. You will receive a roach infested beat up apartment. They paint you a pretty picture. Let’s not mention the horrible service. I’ve asked for my AC to be fix for over two months now and still haven’t came to fix it. The only nice one is Desiree, she’s patient and will accommodate your needs as best as she can. Other than that, here’s your fair warning do not move into this place. I’m so glad my lease in over in a month.

This is horrible place to live. I lived here before and i am so glad moved out of there ! I don’t know if the apt checks the back ground or not. Theres is so much of bad or scary ppl. I saw many ppl selling «stuffs». My neighbor loved music and never stop playing even at 3am !!! I called cop many many times When i was there. The apartment office doesn’t seem to care about it. The apartment manager changes too frequently and seems like no one knows whats going on around there. Thank god i am out of there.
