I AM Mechanics

Thank you Tony and Noe for your great service. I took my 2004 Ford Explorer to Tony with a transmission problem. He was able to fix it and was able to have it ready before I left to California as a special request. He was such a great help. So honest and respectful. I won’t think twice in coming here for my next car repair.

These guys did a great job on my wife’s car recently. Her car is out of warranty and if I took it to the dealer for some work, I know I would have been gouged. Instead, I took it to these guys and they were great. They were fast, inexpensive, and even stayed open a little longer than business hours so I could pick up her car, after running late from an appointment. There’s a lot of garages in Las Vegas that people complain about the price, work, etc. NOT these guys. They are awesome!

Went in for a simple fix on my exhaust hanger. I explained to the gentleman what the problem was. He told me he had to talk to his boss. He then came back from talking to his boss and told me it would cost 85 dollars to look at it! Lmao I was livid. He couldn’t even look me in the eyes when he said they have to diagnose it. How the hell do you diagnose that? The hanger is either bent broke or off. Just another story of a Shitty mechanic trying to rip you out your money. Took it to another place was in and out in 20 minutes and wasn’t even charged. No trust or respect for this shop what so ever. These are the type of people who give mechanics bad names.

It took me a while to write this review, but better late than never, right?
I just want to take this opportunity to thank the guys at I am mechanic for a wonderful job they did on my car. I had 24 hours before I relocated to another state, and needed the car fixed ASAP. These guys did just that! The guy that I was dealing with, his name is Noë, he was the nicest, funniest, kindest guy! We got along like a house on fire over the phone already. Which was a great relief for somebody who was going through such a stressful time, as you know how it is when you’re about to relocate. The last thing you need is for your car to break down! before he even quoted me a price, Noë we guaranteed me that they would beat any price that I had already been quoted by other mechanics. That to me was everything! Long story short, my car was towed from the dealership to I am mechanics that very same day and I got it back the following morning. I could leave that same day but I just needed one more night in Vegas to enjoy and to drive around, you know? To test drive the car! so that’s what I did and the following day, I drove 5 hours from Vegas and no problems at all. In fact, it felt like my car was brand new. And just in case you were wondering, the problem was a drive shaft in my SUV. They didn’t replace it but they fixed the one that I had and they gave me the cheapest price.
So, thanks again to Noe, I really appreciate it.
PS. I also got 30 day warrantee on their work. iIt’s been 4 months since they worked on the car, still going strong. A million thanks!

As a single mother and woman I was very apprehensive going to a mechanic at all. I went around town collecting quotes from four different auto mechanics and I AM Mechanics was the most fair.
Not only did Tony fix all of the things that needed to be done in the vehicle but he was also able to complete the repairs in the same day.
My only concern was being charged 4% or 31 dollars JUST TO USE MY CREDIT CARD. If you are going here please bring cash to avoid this fee.
Overall, Tony did a great job. I will be returning there to have my brakes repaired at a later date :)
