The staff is amazing! They are so friendly and make you feel right at home! I was nervous about getting laser hair removal but they did such a good job at answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable about the whole process!

Staff is super friendly and professional. Everything is always clean! Because appointments are usually every 2 months I tend to forget they always remind me and are fantastic about changing appointment times when I need to.

I love coming here. The front desk staff is always friendly and super accommodating, offering beverages and there’s always fresh magazines. I come every two months for my treatments, and I never miss an appointment. My favorite thing about coming here, besides getting rid of unwanted hair is seeing Jennifer. You’ll have your consultation with her and she is ahhhmmmaaaazzzzzziiiing. She’s so sweet and personal. She asks me how things are going that I told her about 2 months ago. That’s pretty amazing customer service! Love it here, hair you don’t want is gone for life. BAM!

After buying many packages for laser hair removal at Dermatology offices n Groupons to Medical Spas n NOT getting the results I finally had enough!!! I just started my treatments at Ideal Image n it is a night n day difference! The customer service was Amazing!!! I felt that they really cared about me n my treatment plan. They Only have Registered Nurses which made me feel very comfortable since I had been burned several times by other places. I just wished I started here to begin with!!! But I guess it’s better late then never!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went in for the consultation, the salesperson was ultra bubbly and friendly, and sold me a package that was about 10k for multiple areas of treatment. I went in for the 1^st treatment right after. I have sensitive skin, and once the laser treatment began I immediately knew it wasn’t for me and told the nurse to stop and that I’m no longer interested. After talks with the salesperson, they said that they would prescribe me with a skin numbing cream Sulfa, but I put on the form prior to starting that I’m allergic to Sulfa (not a candidate). It was clear at this point I’m not a candidate for the service and just wanted to cancel any treatments. THIS IS WHERE IT GOT NASTY. They agreed to cancel, but cited in the fine print that I owe them $ 2,700 for the half treatment I received before I walked out of there?! What’s worse is now they turned my account over to collections and my perfect credit for 10 years is now down to 650. I decided to write this review because I was denied a business credit line and it made me so mad that it is because of this deceptive and horrible company. After several letters from my attorney, they are holding on to the fact that I signed the agreement, even though the agreement is null in void due to the fact I’m not a candidate for the treatment. I can’t take them to court here because the agreement says I need to mediate in Tampa Florida (I live in Las Vegas). I’m eventually going to have to go to Florida to fight this, but in the meantime want to SAVE my fellow Unilocalers from having to go through what I am with this.
This place is completely unethical and I’m so thankful for Unilocal to help protect consumers from these types of companies.

I have had such a great experience with Ideal Image in Summerlin. The staff is incredible – especially Jennifer! She is amazing with a bubbly and professional personality. I was a little hesitant and nervous to come in to start with, but Jennifer and the team made me feel very comfortable and I was immediately set at ease. The results have been quite incredible and I would recommend it to anyone! It’s totally worth the investment!

Highly unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.
I went in for a consultation with Jennifer. Received a message the day before my appointment telling me that in order to confirm my appointment, I needed to call back. So, I did and all was well.
Arrived to appointment exactly on time. Waited for Jennifer for 15 minutes, and when she came out, she said «Sorry, I thought you’d be late» and clearly had JUST gotten her eyebrows waxed. First off, why in the world would you think that I would be late? Second of all, if you are trying to squeeze in an eyebrow wax, don’t do it on my time and don’t lie about it.
I’ve had previous laser treatments and came in because Ideal Image claims they will customize a treatment package to each individual. First of all, Jennifer spent more time arguing with me about what kind of laser treatment I had previously than she did looking at my hair that I wished to have removed. (Again, unprofessional). Then, your choices of packages are anything but customized — it’s either buy each treatment or buy a package of 9 treatments and get 50% off the package. Which would be great if you are new to laser because you get the guarantee that you will have complete hair removal, but I was just looking for a treatment or two to finish up my legs.
Overall, I was under-​impressed due to the lack of professionalism. Clearly they are doing well despite my opinion and without my business, but it’s not a place that I would bother to do business with.

First, of all I love the staff at Ideal Image. I am having two areas treated and I love the results that I’m seeing too. I have really really fair skin and dark hair so when I shaved, you could still see the dark hair in my pores! (What can I say, I’m translucent!) Anyway, I hated getting my bikini area waxed and now I don’t have to deal with it ever again. I also, took advantage of their sale when I heard about it on Mix 94.1 and decided that I would finally buy myself a gift. If you’ve ever thought about getting laser hair removal, this is the place! :)

Well, I finished the last of my contracted appointments (I still have a few to use at any time I need in the future). My hair has reduced at least 75%!! I don’t care what anyone else posts, because I feel great. I was ALWAYS in the bathroom plucking hairs or worried if I had to pluck before the end of the day before I did this. I agree it is the most expensive thing I have ever bought, but I can go have a nice weekend away and not worry about embarrassing hairs apearing. The staff is always great at working me in too. I was on a wait list to get in during a visit recently to Las Vegas and the staff called to ask if a few different dates might work before the one day actually did work. If you really have a hair problem (I am not so sure some reports here really know what I have suffered with my whole life), this is the place to come.

As I was sitting, Jennifer came to get me and she was very friendly and energetic. She reminded me of Katie Hudson. She made me feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions and she explained everything clearly with enthusiasm. I wasn’t sure about the nurse that helped me out I think her name was ivana? Even though she had a smile on and was nice, her body language just told me that she might be tired or lazy? She wasn’t friendly like jennifer. She didn’t explain to me or introduce me to the machine she was going to use. As she was preparing for the procedure, she was talking and explaining things without looking at me or paying attention. She sounded like she was memorizing a script, which is why I didn’t understand or remember any of what she said. As a nurse I think she should have been more helpful, friendly, and show at least concern and interest that she wanted to help me out. I have another appt with them and I hope she’s more perky this time.

Signed up with Ideal Image to have my back, arms, shoulders, and clavicles made hair free. Initially I chose the pay as you go plan. Paid 500 $ a session. I was at my next last session when Heather informs me that under my contract they have the option to change the price at any time. She said they were doing that today. My fee went from $ 500 to $ 1300 immediately. Then she offered me an upsell to a package for 1800 $. In the end they stole almost 2000 $ from me. While I have been there only one person has stayed the same and she is great, the rest are incompetent, rude, liars. To top it all off, I had a medical problem and needed to speak with their medical director «Flip» Homansky, M.D. Guy was a jerk. Condescending and acting like it was an insult for him to be dealing with me. Avoid unless you are prepared to be ripped off and treated badly.
