IPI Self Storage

IPI Self Storage is located in an area of vacated industrial buildings once slated for demolition. It boarders train tracks, flood control channels, a Truck Stop, Adult Bookstore and is heavily populated by a homeless community and prostitutes soliciting Tropicana.
Homeless store items here and gather on the Southwest side of the property intoxicated around 4PM.
I fell behind in payments and paid the balance a few days prior to an Auction date. The units were presented to me without Locks, without NRS required Seals and with the contents Ransacked. I reported this to Management/​Owner but they did nothing.
I bought new locks and a week later my locks were cut. The manager promised to produce Security Videos of this alleged break in but never did, instead he handed a Police Report he filed a few days later. Nothing in this unit had been taken and his assistant gave me a set of free locks to replace the ones cut.
Arial photos posted on Unilocal show a Security Blackout area that surrounds my two units. Images are current Google maps 2014 – 16 & don’t appear prior to change of Ownership.
This area is peppered with breaches in security which allows the fulltime onsite resident manager to defer all crimes to outside sources. Fences, Coded Gates, Security Cameras and a Resident Manager are useless if the facility is Unsecured and if the customer is denied access to their Security Tapes.
The onsite photos of the white RV backed against the property fence has a ladder that allows transport over this wired fence. Tires, bicycles and pieces of metal fencing lie against and allow access over the properties barbed wire fencing to the gateless adjacent properties. I had notified management many times of these security issues as well as the fact there is no electrical connections to security cameras or lighting around my units but to this date it still exists as it has for over a year and a half.
