J S NAILS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON IN LAS VEGAS! Don’t bother making an appointment — it won’t be honored! I had a set appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes! Thuvy put me in the chair with a basin full of water that had to be reheated twice… then started on my sister — this was after she said we were getting pedicures at the same time! Very dishonest and deceiving! The pedicures my sister and I got were horrible — my 4 year old nephew could have done a better job with the polish. My sister was cut twice — and they acted like it was her fault! Very sloppy & careless! There is no such thing as customer service in that shop — the owner (s) have really run this place into the ground — we will NEVER GO BACK!!!

This place it a joke!!! When I arrived, they told me it was a 15 minute wait. I waited 45 minutes then they took two other people before me. When I asked why, the owner stated speaking another language. Don’t know if it’s a black thing or not!!! Never again, rude rude rude!!!

I had been going to JS nails for 3 – 4 years and had great experiences until yesterday. I went in to get a spa pedicure. The woman giving me the pedicure was overly aggressive with the pumice stone and scraped my heal raw to the point where it was bleeding in two different places. When I pointed it out to her, she blamed me and said it was because I moved. She then started painting my nails without doing the foot or leg massage. When she asked for payment, I calmly told her that I thought I should only have to pay half price, since I didn’t receive what I had paid for (a spa pedicure that includes a foot and leg massage) and the fact that I was bleeding. She then offered to massage feet, but my toe nails were still wet, so that didn’t seem like a good idea. She seemed angry, so I told her that if she insisted on me paying full price for what she had done, I would go ahead and pay it, but would never come back. This woman knew me and knew I had been going there a long time. She claimed that she was the owner of the place when I asked to speak to the owner. She then started screaming at the top of her lungs «You don’t want to pay me, then GET OUT!!! GET OUT!!!» Everyone there was looking at us. It was embarrassing. I calmly walked out, but needless to say, I will not be going back. I honestly can’t believe that she thought it was an unreasonable request to pay half price after what she had done. I am in customer service and I can tell you that I would never treat a good customer this way if I had given them poor service. I do not recommend this place.

Thuvy gave me the BEST pedi ever! Great massage, sad once I found a place that’s great in leaving town! I’ll be back for another pedi and a fill before I leave!
I only got a gel topcoat, but their wall of gel colors was AH-​MAZE-​ING! Biggest selection I’ve seen!

Very disappointed by customer service. gentleman who did my nails didn’t start from the bottom of the nail so now after 2 days my gel polis looks like it needs to be redone. He probably did that so that I have to come back after a week. Guess what, I won’t be back.

Aini is the best! I will never get my nails done by anyone else! She has the best personality and is very meticulous with her work!

Michael and Anna have been doing my nails for a couple of years now. Their pricing is average and they both do an amazing job — mani, pedi or waxing — I highly recommend this salon. Michael and Anna are hysterical! They’re genuine personalities are the reason I keep returning.

The first time I went here the experience was decent. The gentleman doing my nails was quiet and didn’t talk much, but he did a great job on a full set I had and even fixed the chips in them up real nice. I decided that it was good enough to go back and I wish I didnt.
I got a different guy the second time, I forgot his name but he’s the skinner one with the tattoos. Not only was he rude as hell, my nails sucked and felt grainy, and he refused to paint my nails how I wanted. I didn’t know multi colored french was impossible but whatever. Not going back

I liked this place, it was very clean and the employees where very sweet. I hate how salons charge 5 $ for every little extra thing, but that must be a west coast thing. I’d come back!
