Karma Hookah Lounge

Hookah lounge is not open until 4am. Showed up at 3:15 and employees told us they close at 3. Waste of time driving to this place on a Saturday night.
Thank you for the information. Next time we will get there earlier. I have rerated the hookah lounge based on the timely response!

Went there with my girl and her fam from out of town and three of us got sick from the hookah. We noticed stuff floating around in the water and two out of the three hookahs we had tasted terrible. The place was kinda dirty on the tables and floors. Music was straight but the place looks like someone’s basement. There’s a way better place a few blocks down the street that even serve food and alcohol. I’m not going back to Karma.

Found this hookah spot on Unilocal.Good reviews, so took the 20 minute drive out from the strip. The atmosphere is sick here. Customer service is on point. Staff is very friendly.
Went to the front to buy a water, and the owner at the register said it was on him.
Hookahs here are clean & come out very quickly.
$ 15 per person all you can smoke, & a free ice tip with check in.

Awesome hookah lounge. True to the statement, rated BEST hookah lounge! I’m from Cali and I always like to try different hookah places when I can, and this one tops the rest!
It’s a Saturday night, so the vibe today is much like a club atmosphere. There’s a DJ and he’s really throwing out the music. The chairs are upgraded with the padded lounge ones and sofas if you’re in a group so you really just lounge and relax. The tables are contemporary with it lighting, up so it makes your hookah and areas stand out. My sister and I paid $ 30 including tax for an all you can smoke session; unlimited refills. You can add $ 10 for 2 people for your own hookah if you don’t want to share. Check in on Unilocal and you get an add-​on for free; choose from an ice tip, ice bucket or juice/​milk in your base. Oh, and you’ll get free replacements on the ice tip as well.
The service here is one above the rest. The person who checked us in was very nice. We let him know it was our first time here and he explained everything and how the service worked. The gentleman who set up our hookah knows what’s he’s doing. The hookah hits very well and the guy comes around often and clears the coals for us without asking. Also came back and asked us if we wanted a new flavor after awhile. I didn’t have to ask for a new ice tip either, he just brought it out. Things like that are what makes me appreciate the service that much more. This place shows that they care about the customers and want the best experience you can have here. Wish we had a hookah place like this in Cali. I’ll definitely be back here when visiting Vegas! Awesome place and service!

had high hopes for this place, was my first time at a hookah lounge. Was kindly greeted by a worker but then sat down and waited about 15 minutes until he came over to see what we would like. He explained specials that were going on and made it seem as if all three of us could use one hookah, for only two of us really wanted to smoke. We not once were checked on while we were smoking or even asked if we wanted anything to drink. I had to go over to the counter to ask for the check after waiting and realizing that that simply wouldn’t happen on its own. We were told it would be 30 dollars a piece which was absolutely absurd considering the special prices that we were told and agreed to. Definitely will not be returning at any point in the future.

I have been to Karma several times and I have always had awesome experiences with excellent staff members. I have always recommended Karma to anyone that asked about hookah lounges in Las Vegas.
However, about a week and a half ago on the first of July, I went in with five of my friends and I had an awful experience with one of the servers, who I believe was Chris. I can’t be 100% sure because I came late and he never formally introduced himself.
It started out when I first got there. I ordered the hookah flavor but forgot to ask for an ice tip. When Chris came back with the hookah, I apologized for forgetting and asked for one. He looked at me for a second, as if asking for an ice tip after he brought us the hookah was such a huge deal, before basically rolling his eyes and going to get it.
He was very sarcastic, to the point where it was just plain rude. He went so far as to say «Is she always such a pain in the a**?» about one of my friends who was visiting from California, who was trying to get him to fix the pineapple bowl she was having trouble getting decent hits from. She has had fruit bowls before and had been going to hookah lounges for over three years — and it was not how she had come to expect it to be. He commented on this and said that she «just had baby lungs» instead of actually trying to fix the problem.
My friend Cody even told Chris that his attitude was making us all uncomfortable, and quite frankly, pretty upset. Chris simply said «Well that’s just my personality,» which isn’t an apology, and not a quality I would expect in a server from a place that boasts about excellent customer service. It was inappropriate, unprofessional, and awfully rude.
I will say that AJ was helpful and made our experience a bit better by giving us the type of service I had come to expect from Karma. My group began asking him for help instead of Chris.
I do not like that I was essentially forced to give Chris a 15% tip, and I didn’t give him any more than that because of how subpar his «excellent customer service» is. I don’t think he deserved the 15% because the service was literally THAT bad. I feel as though being guaranteed the tip may have given him the excuse to give us poor service, because he didn’t have to work to get a good tip from us.
I will still recommend Karma to people but I will suggest that they do not have Chris as their server. I have never been treated so poorly by a server in my life, and I never want someone I know to experience that either.

Chris is awesome! Super friendly, answered all of our questions. Karma carries high quality hookahs, shisha, and accessories I’ve never heard of. GET THE ICE TIP! Totally worth it!!! When I visit, I will be back.

I think its funny how they tried to justify their own prices by comparing to other hookah lounges… like id rather pay $ 10 for all you can smoke and $ 1 for a drink a smokenvegas than pay $ 15 for all you can smoke and $ 2.75 for drinks… not to mention the 15% tax they add on there no dj… never busy… and like someone else had said the hookah always tasted like mint! I hate mint. Hense the fact that i didnt get mint. yet the hookah still tasted like it cause you guys obviously dont sanatize the hoses…

Honestly, thee best lounge I’ve ever been too. The owners are the absolutely wonderful. Through a birthday party here for a friend and the gave her a water melon bowl on them. Only use the finest shisha social smoke and super smooth and is complimented perfectly with an ice tip!!! And all with a great price. I’d give them a ten if i could thanks for being the best (: 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This was my first time at the lounge, i came with two other people and we smoke hookah quite often.
We called first and its 18+, since my two friends aren’t 21 yet this was a plus. We came on a Sunday around 10 pm and it wasn’t packed, but there were people.
I liked that the music wasn’t crazy loud we could actually hear eachother talking. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and answered all our questions, all of the workers were helpful and everyone was extremely attentive.
The BEST part is that the tables light up and if you change the color to red (with the remote they give you) they can see you need service and they come right away. Honestly they came often enough that we didn’t even need to turn it on.
Another plus, the place wasn’t nasty hazy with smoke and after we didn’t even smell like hookah (i hate the hookah smell in my hair after).
The couches were leather and really comfy, the bathroom was clean and well stocked (I actually saw them check it twice while I was there)!
There are numerous add ons like frozen tips, fruit bowls, ice buckets, etc and if you order soda its free refills (and boy do I love my diet coke).
They have a rewards program and right when you sign up you get 15 points and these add up to free goodies if you come often enough.
Since there was 3 of us we got 2 hookahs (its 1 hookah per every 2 people). We also wanted the ice tips and he threw in ice buckets on both since it was our first time in. We got 4 waters and 1 soda and the total came out to $ 24 each. A bit pricey but not too bad considering.
The frozen tips make the hookah so smooth and cool and our hookah wasn’t as harsh as usual.

For my first hookah experience, this place wasn’t too bad. The ambiance was pretty chill, so we were able to talk and whatnot. The guy helping us was friendly, but it rubbed me the wrong way when he was insisting for us to give him a tip at the end, when he only checked up on us 3 times. Other than that he was OK, especially when talking about basketball.

Chris was friendly and informative on not only his product but the quality of his equipment! It’s clean and the mood is so relaxing, the music is not too loud and is very diverse. Chris made it comfortable not only for me but my lady as well. I will recommend this place to anyone!

Went here last night with some friends. As soon as I walked in I was impressed, she discounted the price to 10 bucks for all you can smoke but since there was only an hour left till closing we only had one bowl. I’ve never been to a hookah lounge that wasn’t hazy with smoke. We sat right down and she took our order within 2 minutes. It was thirsty Thursday so they give out free drinks. I ordered the tropical fruit and a buddy of mine ordered strawberry kiwi. They hooked us up with an ice tip and I was impressed with how smooth the hits were. I smoke hookah about 1 – 2 times a week and out of all the lounges and friends hookahs I’ve smoked karma uses the best coals no questions asked. Everything from the sheesha to the seating area is top notch and I am definitely wowed. Going back tonight for more! For the best hookah lounge with not only good prices but great quality hookah come to karma!

Great place to chill, good vibe friendly staff nice environment. Loving the Absolute Zero with Ice Tip. They have a wide variety of flavors and add-​ons. Great place to come solo or with friends, definitely will be coming back to get away from the Vegas life!!!

Not only is this the best hookah lounge in Las Vegas, it has the best staff. They Remember everyone and are easy to relate to and get along with. Most lounges use insta lights and crappy flavored but Karmas the complete opposite filled with comfy couches and LED lit tables. Want something to do and you’re on the north side /​centennial hills, Karma hookah lounge is the place to be!!!

Then you guys call me liars. Great way to handle yourselves professionally, I bought 2 drinks and some cheese sticks which I PAID FOR. the inexperienced «emoloyees» are your real problem. You OFFER me a hit of your ice bowl gimmick then try and make me pay for it. What a joke.

Hookahs are great — they are smooth and hit well for the most part however i don’t think the hoses are cleaned good enough as traces of mint from previous sessions are still very noticeable … Mint is a strong flavor and should have its own hoses so the trace amounts of flavor don’t effect other none mint flavors.
Fruit bowls are great, this is the only spot I know of that has this sort of set up they hollow out a pineapple for example and put the tobacco in there wrap it up and place coals on top the juices actually infuse creating a great amount of flavor … Price is 12.00 extra so for two people to smoke after 7pm is 15.00 each limit one hookah per two people so for two people smoking and a pineapple bowl your at $ 42.00 a bit on the pricey side especially since you cant change the flavor in the fruit bowl (plus don’t think you’d want to as the tobacco is infused w pineapple juice)
*Service however subpar upon checking out they don’t tell you that the gratuity is already included on the bill so when you’re giving them payment be careful not to include an additional tip especially with poor service like we just had tonight … I know most high end places charge an automatic amount for gratuity but this isn’t a high end spot. Its a local lounge for 18+ to go and hangout, additional some places charge a gratuity on large parties 6+ however everyone is charge gratuity automatically doesn’t matter if service is excellent or poor. I am sure the owner does this as younger people don’t normally tip accordingly, but it is distasteful especially when they don’t show you your bill before swiping your card and having you sign there square reader app. You’ll see your charges only if your bill is sent to your email address.
We’ve been there twice the first time it was good, we dealt directly with the owner he informed us of how the place was operated and about the menu how the led changing table works to get attention, however the second time it could have been better, when we walked in there was no greeting from the larger individual who was working, he moved rather slow … Literally I have seen mollusk move quicker. He has the attitude of not wanting to be there which just made the experience horrible as the service already was horrible walking through the door. He was later relieved by a younger kid who actually did greet us and was pretty much there doing his job. He packed our fruit bowl rather tight with the hookah tobacco which caused the hookah experience to become poor as it wasn’t hitting properly and became harsh quickly. If your getting a fruit bowl — have David the owner make it for you.
Additionally the atmosphere is OK more modern compared to other hookah lounges, music is hit or miss we’ve gone on Saturday nights only, the first Saturday they were playing some rock and rap, normally the stuff you’d hear on the radio so it was cool, second time it was like you were at EDC they played house music (not live) but it was just drums and tons of bass. Additionally the projectors they have on the wall are to small in size they floated out the wall smooth and have a flat sheen to the wall so the reflection of the project is not to bright, but the size is to small they have additional room to move both projectors back creating a larger screen… Granted the quality of the picture may become poor, but if that’s the case opt for better projectors.
*Restrooms need to be maintain better, we have been there for 3 – 4 hours each time and I didn’t notice anyone maintain the restrooms once, urine on the toilet seat and ground … You have an establishment the carters directly with older teens (at least both times we’ve gone no one looked 21+ … This will be discussed next.) Granted those teens are old enough to use a toilet, but not everyone knows how to shoot straight and most aren’t going to pick up after themselves, this is a health code violation and major health risk and needs to be addressed by your staff by making sure the restrooms are cleaned and stocked appropriately hourly.
Both occasions we attended no one seemed to be over the age of 21, this is a spot for younger people to attend with friends and hangout. Personally I’ll be resorting to another establishment, where the crowd is a little bit older and where alcohol is served if I’m in the mood to drink while socializing around a hookah.
Ending this long drawn out review the owner David is very friendly and knowledgeable about his services, just a few things need to be addressed and I feel with this review he might address the issues accordingly.
The major thing that needs address is the friendliness of staff, restroom maintenance, and the Gratuity Issue — if the service is poor I’ll tip accordingly if the service is excellent I’ll tip even better. The fact that its charged and not shown to me prior to signing and opting for an additional tip amount is unethical. The customer should be shown their bill prior to making a payment.

One of my favorite places to go smoke Hookah!
The staff is attentive and willing to answer any questions that novices to experts have on their flavors. They have recently started serving food which is a bonus since I usually come here after work! Flavors selection is extensive and they have other options for the hookah (iced tips, ice buckets for the hookah itself, etc) to enhance the flavor you have chosen.
Their happy hour deals are also amazing not to mention it is all you can smoke for one price and not per flavor/​bowl.
Ambiance, music, and seating are also comfortable and relaxing!

I drive all the way from Henderson just to smoke a bowl at Karma, because it’s worth it! This review is going to be super long, just because I want to make known of the hookah, environment, & customer service, hopefully this will help review the venue.
The hookah here is hands down one of the best I’ve tasted. I’ve had my experiences with other places and Karma makes flavors that you can actually taste. (My favorite would be the «watermelon chill»). They also offer add ons such as; ice tips, fruit bowls (which is hard to find in Vegas), ice bucket, and ALL YOU CAN SMOKE for 15 $! Most hookah lounges either have really loud dance music, or they’re really boring place to smoke. Karma, had reasonable music level, which is good so groups can mingle without having to scream. They also show movies or shows on their projection screen. The couches and tables seem to be very clean and comfy. The people who work their have really good customer service! They are always attentive to your needs. One cool thing is when you need they’re attention, you put your table to the red light. Most of the hookah masters are the owners of Karma, so they would know which is a good flavor for their guests. This place is overall a good place to come hang out with friends, grab some finger foods and smoke a good bowl!
