Spa I have is about 4 years old. One of the panels in the cabinet has become dry rotted and has cracked. When I called to see if they can be replaced the twit they had answering the phone had an «I could care less attitude.» (OBVIOUSLY a commissioned salesperson.) He said the panels are discountinued and I was S.O.L.
Nothing like a quality company that stands behind their product, right? When you see that hustling the «show special» at the home show remember… STAY AWAY FROM L.A. SPA!

Stopped by a few times to see inventory before finally buying a spa. It was on their CLEARANCE list and got a smoking deal! Staff has been extremely friendly and educational on maintaining proper water treatment! It’s really easy and after an adjustment period I think I got it down. I visited other spa places and this was the only spot that didn’t try to force a sound system or tv down my throat! They were super cool and helped me buy a new spa for half the price the local competition was offering. Thanks so much!

We purchased our spa several years ago. I have to say that we have been extremely satisfied with the low maintenance, the low costs, and having a spa to relax in at any time. Service is excellent with LA Spas. I am one happy customer!

Very knowledgeable and helpful, Joe listened to what we were looking for and how we needed it set up to fit in with our pool that was about to be built. They made good on every word they said, the spa was delivered when promised and even after the sale Joe has been helpful. This is the third spa I have purchased over the years and by far the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Having set prices is the only thing keeping these guys from a 5-Star rating.
