Laptops 4 Less

I would NEVER, EVER recommend this place. EVER!!! Big RIP OFF!!!
My son took his computer there not because it was broken but because it wasn’t charging. He was told that he needs a new cord so we purchased it through Best buy for less then they quoted us and that wasn’t working to charge it so they said that they need to change out the charging port. They said that it will be ready by close of business. Not so much. The next day they tell him it will be ready after 3:00, Okay… almost 2 weeks later, they tell us that his computer needs a new hard drive. Long story short. 3 weeks & $ 350 later it came home with us and nothing was fixed. They made it worse than before we went in. Don’t do it!

Don’t know why my last review was deleted. This guy is not a man of his word, save yourself the trouble. He is strictly here for profit, could not care less about your problems. In fact, he’ll steal parts out of your computer like a radeon graphics card, and 8Gigs worth of ram.

Ok, I needed a laptop cord because one of mine decided not to cooperate any longer. I saw the sign for this place and figured why not, ill support a local business. The owner is smaller built gentlemen who greeted me upon entering with a smile.
Then the transaction occured. I told him what I needed and he said he didn’t have anymore in stock. After looking around it appered they didn’t have very much of anything in stock. I took my old cord and started to walk away. Then he says oh wait look I have just one more right here behind the counter. I’m not one to believe in coincidences, but anyway. He says one price, I tell him that they go for half of that online and he says ok 5 dollars off. I realized it wasn’t going to get any better then that and I needed it. I except the price then it happens. Ok with taxes its the original price I quoted you. Hahahaha I just laughed swiped my card and exited the building knowing that he just got one over on me.
This is really a one star rating but because they had what I needed in a bind I pushed the bar and gave them 2 stars.
