I met Keith Thomsen last year at the BHHS networking group breakfast last year. In the short time that I have known Keith, I can say that he’s second to none when it comes to being helpful. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to property management. I have had issues with my rental property in North Carolina, one email to Keith and he was able to guide me on how to take of the issue. He is always willing to help in any way that he can. He truly does go above and beyond when it comes to helping others.

Derek Lether was very responsive… until we paid the application fees for a property on Dorothy Street.
We were approved, and it took him several days to email a lease to us. When we received it, the address was wrong, and the pet deposit info was completely different than what he had told us. We tried contacting him to correct it, but he wouldn’t respond to texts and his voice mail was full. A week and a half later, he texts my husband to see if we still want the property. Hubby said «Yes, but you have to send us the correct lease.» We haven’t heard from him since.
We wasted $ 100 worth of application fees and 2 weeks on this loser. Now we have to pay extra for the apartment we’re in now to go month-​to-​month.
Avoid dealing with this person and the company.
