Las Vegas Air Conditioning

I could not be happier with my experience with Las Vegas Air. My AC unit was finally kaput after 22 years. It was time for a new one. I called a few places and got some estimates. Finally, I went with Las Vegas Air mainly because of the price, the warranty, the fact that they use American Standard units, and how helpful they were with all my questions and concerns.
Stephen helped me with all of my financing questions and I got a great deal with his help. Mike and the crew were friendly and efficient. The whole experience was painless!
I truly feel like they gave me a great unit, a fair price, and a fantastic warranty. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I called to set up an estimate to have my air conditioner system replaced based on the other Unilocal reviews. I can’t say enough nice things about the office staff. They made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 12 – 2. I was told to expect a phone call about 30 minutes before the technicians arrived. I really appreciate companies that do this so I can run errands around the house and still ensure I am home before they arrive. At 2:30, I still had not received a call. I called LVAC to cancel my appointment and explained that I could not sit at home all day and blindly wait. A company that doesn’t arrive on-​time is an awful first impression. Even a phone call explaining that they would be slightly behind schedule would be less frustrating.

Outstanding service starting wig Jessica at the office to Philip who helped thoroughly explain everything to the team who came out to my house 4 times to ensure proper installation of my new units and air duct system. Although they were long days th were all very polite and extremely aware of my small children when in the house. I also extremely liked that the same guys came out each time so they were familiar with my home and the job that had been done the or viols day. A+ team!
I recommend them not only because of the quality of the products but, Katy because the team. They should all get raises! I already feel a difference in the air system in the way it transfers air throughout the
air ducts accompanying my ac units certainly made a differ emit stopping the air and dirt escaping and entering the home.

Great service and fast with the repairs needed to get my AC unit running again. Will recommend to my friends and family.

A+++ service! I would highly recommend Las Vegas Air-​conditioning to All my friends and family. After calling around for several days (air went out in July) I could t get a tech to even come over for several days or even a week, can’t live in 109 degree weather for a week! Las Vegas air came that day! The technician Stephen not only was prompt, courteous and professional (live alone skeptical of strangers entering my home) but did everything he could to not only replace my hole unit but to keep the cost as low as possible! I’m very pleased and want to thank you again for your excellent service!!! Highly recommended your company!

Do not go here!!! They gave an estimate of 400 – 500 dollars. When they showed up to do the work they said it would be double that! The reason, they’re busy, so now they want to try to change $ 1,000 for the exact same work! I declined, of course. Now they come up with a $ 25 charge for having the techs come to my house. Even though they did no work at all and tried to make me pay double. So save yourself some trouble!
