I called them out to clean out to service an old computer for my business. We hadn’t used the computer in a year it was on the shelf.
They couldn’t get the computer to turn on so they installed a new power supply. Once he was able to get the computer on the hard drive was bad too. It was going to cost about the same to buy a low end new desk top as it was to replace the power supply and the hard drive and clean the computer up.
I told them it wasn’t worth it. They actually offered to take the new power supply back and not charge me for it and just charge me a service call for there time. That was Awesome! I will use them in the future because finding an honest repair company is always half the battle. Great customer service and really nice people.
