I’ve been going to LVLL for three months for rejenlight laser treatment to help with rosacea and hyperpigmentation. I’m half way through treatment and have seen great results! Elizabeth, the esthetician really knows skin and makes sure your getting the appropriate treatment for your needs. I’ve been getting the laser hair removal as well, and can say it’s the most comfortable laser that has been used on me.

The staff for the front desk is rude and awful. Just speaking to them on the phone makes you not want to go to Las Vegas laser and lipo for any reason. Marylyn is the only one there that gave me a good experience. But I honestly dread calling knowing that Tiffany or Jessica is going to answer.

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff were wonderful to me. He did an excellent job and was very thorough and knowledgeable. The patient coordinator was really great. She took her time explaining the procedure and different options I had at my consultation. She showed me pictures so I could get an idea of how things would turn out. The day of my procedure the ladies and Dr. Zimmerman were so nice and that put me at ease. I was back to work on Monday and I think it was due how great of a job Dr. Z did. I have fabulous results already and am only 2 weeks out!

Dr. Zimmerman and his team are incredible, and caring. I walked away from my experience feeling elated and confident in my natural self. I would highly recommend them for any skin care and body contouring consultations. The staff is proficient and experienced and it was wonderful to walk away knowing your were in proficient hands.

I’ve gone to Dr. Zimmerman for Botox, Artefill, Cool-Sculpt and I have been very happy with the results of every single one of them. Dr. Z is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and will tell a patient if he feels a certain procedure isn’t warranted. The nurses are very professional but also make you feel at ease and I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. I’ve read some of these negative reviews and when you’re dealing with an industry that deals with people who are unhappy about their appearance, there will always be that one customer who will NEVER be happy with their appearance no matter what they do. I would highly recommend Dr. Z if you are looking to improve your appearance, regardless of age!

Butcher Zimmerman completely destroyed my face. My first consultation with him I asked if he could do asian eyelid surgery and showed him a picture of the desired results. He claims he knows what he is doing. After surgery my eyes had no desired crease. Just a huge scar across each of my eyelids where it is supposed to fold. I went back and he persuaded me that he could fix it. After the second surgery it looked worse. Same results but now I had bigger scars! All my friends and family told me I looked like plastic surgery gone wrong. I later found a doctor in Los Angeles who fixed my eyes and explained to me dr. Zimmerman forgot a huge step in surgery that creates the desired fold. Also he cut my eyes into a very sad looking shape. My new doctor was able to recut my eyelids into a brighter more happy looking shape and hid my scars by creating the fold I’ve been trying to achieve from the start. I feel so lucky I was able to find a doctor who fixed my problem. Now everyone tells me my eyes look beautiful n they are so glad I got them fixed. Avoid wasting money and heartache! Avoid Edward Zimmerman!

What a bad experience I had here. Dr. Zimmerman is an old white man who could not grasp the fact that I am Multiracial/mixed-race. As educated as he is, he seemed to not be able to understand that this was possible, particularly because of the fact that is how I identify racially as well(as Multiracial). He seemed to be inclined to be hard-pressed to call me or suggest to me that I’m ‘black’, seemingly completely unaware of the racist underpinnings and origins for that line of reasoning. He continued to call my skin ‘exotic’, as if I was some side-show freak at a circus. His wife is another story. A strange woman who got smart with me on our first visit, rudely didn’t answer my question, changed the subject and showed me the door. I was confused by this. After bearing witness to the bad service experience given by his unprofessional staff over the course of a month or so, I called the doctor to complain prior to a laser Blepharoplasty procedure I was scheduled to have. The Dr. confessed that his wife was having medical issues as an excuse to explain her behavior, but I also griped about the quality and level of service by his unprofessional, stiff, and unwelcoming(female) staff. Unbeknownst to me, his wife had also submitted financing paperwork to Chase without my knowledge or consent, with terms that I didn’t agree to, and apparently with a forged signature!!! Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment with this joke of a practice before further damage could/would be done. I would suggest to others to AVOID this practice as well.
