Person came to m y home 2 years ago and charged me 1100 dollars for a leak in my Sub Zero coolant system. Because he calls himself a SUB ZERO Refrigeration Service I thought he was Authorized by Sub Zero. He even answers his phone this way.
I had another issue with my sub zero yesterday and he said that I had a leak again and wanted another 1100 dollars but this time he would give me a 100 $ discount… sounded weird to me so I called 1 – 800 number for sub zero. I was told that the part where under warranty and that this company was NOT a SUB ZERO AUTHORIZED REPAIR PERSON…
Sub Zero will send me an Authorized repair person on Monday at NO Charge and will repair the part for free is it is indeed leaking !!! I will only pay for labour, if in fact there is anything wrong!!!
