Las Vegas Urology

Not really sure why I needed to make an appointment. It’s only an hour after my appointment time and I’m still in the waiting room. Punctuality is important to me and if you want to be seen without waiting half a day than don’t come here. I’ve been seen quicker at a UMC Quick Care, and anyone who’s been there knows there’s nothing quick about them.
After the appointment I found that my insurance would not cover the visit, or the extra not needed tests that were ordered. I contacted the office 4 times in an attempt to get my results. Of the 4 calls only two were returned. Both times they refused to give me my results. It wasn’t till I left a message saying I obtained my results from the facility that did the tests was I called back and offered my test results. What a waist of time this was at this joke of a doctor office. Save your time, energy and money. Go somewhere else.
