LaserAway

I went in for a consultation yesterday, and felt a bit forced to sign up for ‘Last day sale’ by Bonnie for the VelaShape. And being gullible (or should I say stupid), I signed up for the vela shape 6 treatment deal for $ 3000 and the CareCredit. The day I signed up, I had also done the VelaShape session right after.
After doing research (which i know I should’ve done prior to signing up with LaserAway), I found the exact same treatment for HALF the price at Silk Skin Laser Spa. Hopefully I can just pay for the one treatment I did, and just cancel the rest of it. Even if that means paying their $ 500 per session or whatever their price is, because I do not appreciate their business, I’d much rather go to place that is more affordable and can double my treatment sessions for the same price elsewhere.
ALSO, I see that Ms. Maysa has done a 5 star review for the company she works for. Not really a great review to rely on, since she most likely is accountable for any negative review of her job.

I went for a free consultation about a month ago, got a phone call almost every day trying to book me and get me to spend my money there.
I finally agreed to do thermage around my eyes. I am very limited on time, and the only time we could schedule is on Saturday which was great. I got a call after they had taken my money, and said oh, the nurse had an emergency won’t be available. Then all of a sudden the times that I previously wanted when scheduling, became available.
So I booked for the following Monday. Two hours before my appointment they called and said I need a note from my doctor since I’ve had Lasik surgery. OK, I get that, they messed up.
I don’t have time to go track down a doctor, my doctor has retired, I told them that. I said I wanted to refund, the girl told me she would have talk to a manager and get back to me. Two weeks went by —
not a peep. So I called, pretty angry, Maysa did a wonderful job calming me down, and emailed asking for my refund, and copied me on the email.
Have not heard a single word, not a peep, Zero follow up, the only contact they have with me is me reaching out to them. I have emailed them, again not a word.
They have over $ 1600 of my money & will not give it back! They have had it for three weeks!!! So, they call you all the time when they want your money. The minute they get your money, and you want it back they will not give it back. This is stealing, this is the worst customer service I have ever, ever had.
There are way too many spas in this town that give 10 times better customer service than this. Don’t waste your money here, go to a reputable place. This place may be ok if providing a service (I would not know) but if you want your money back, watch out!!!

Clean, friendly and quick! The girls at the front desk are always polite and the service is always professional. Definitely a gem.

If I could give these gals 10 stars I would! As soon as I got in, I just got an amazing vibe from these ladies. I went in for a consultation for hair removal, which can be awkward, but all the ladies made me feel comfortable. They also have awesome financing options which is great if you’re on a budget! I already started my sessions and I am über excited about my results to come.
All in all, From the front desk receptionist to the nurses in the back that do your procedure they’re are all very attentive, helpful and genuinely nice. Though a little pricey, they have great customer service, which is uncommon now a days, and there is simply no price for that.

I’m so glad LaserAway is now in Las Vegas. I’ve been a fan of the pain-​free treatments and wonderful customer service from their many locations in Southern California. From the sweet and knowledgeable medical staff to the wonderful ladies at the front desk, they always hook it up and make sure I’m well taken care of!
I’ve completed my 6 series of laser hair removal treatments and am finally fuzz free! My skin is smoother and I never have to shave or wax again! Perfect timing for the cuddle season ;)
I’m excited to try the Thermage skin tightening treatment and facial rejuvenation options!
Side note: they are located right next to Aldo shoes across from Bebe and Steve Madden, plenty of metered parking or you can park in the North or West garage at Town Square.
