This is based on my own personal experience with Laser Med, and Lindsey. Right from the start I was pleased with my decision to try Laser Med after a failed treatment with Cool Sculpting. Cool sculpting just did not work for me and the facility I went to was so very cooperative and genuinely cared for me as a customer that they gave me back my money when the procedure did not provide any results. I was completely surprised. Laser Med knew about my treatments with cool sculpting and offered hope for me and presented reasons why their procedure would benefit me more than the cool sculpting. I had one treatment session. At the end of the session Lindsey herself was disappointed with the results and thought that I would benefit from a few more sessions. At the end of those extra sessions still no results. That is when Lindsey told me that in few months they were going to be getting some new treatments in and she thought that I would benefit from them. She said she wanted to be sure that I walked away happy and satisfied and she knew that I should have had better results. I informed her that I was so pleased that she was offering me these other options but I was dealing with some unforeseen medical issues and asked if I could contact her when I had it all cleared up. Her response was absolutely, take care of yourself and we will talk again when you are ready. This was in December 2015. May 2016, I contacted Lindsey, refreshed her memory about who I was and what we had discussed in December. She was pleasant and said she would talk to her people and figure something out for me and get back to me on Friday. I waited 1 week and called her back, she was not available. Waited another week, she was out of the office. Tried the following week and she was unavailable. It was becoming apparent that she was avoiding my calls. This went on for two months. I finally sent her a fax asking that she honor our original conversation and at least call me back. I am still waiting for a response. I am so very disappointed with this particular Laser Med location on Rainbow and so disappointed in their manager as well. I was so very confident that she would keep her word. I am a small woman only 100 lbs so there really wasn’t much to lose, just a small pot belly, so I don’t know why this procedure didn’t work for me. I am considering contacting one of our local news stations. They have always been so very helpful in the past.

This place delivered on its promise to me. Provided you follow the program you will get results. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, I’d like to thank William for his hard work and putting up with me as I was kind-​of high maintenance. I was apprehensive at first as I saw the reviews on here after I started, but looking closer at the reviewiers they rate every company they have been to one star I don’t get how people can be that unhappy at everything in life. Bottom line is you follow the program which is easy to do you will be happy with your results. I also like how they have a contract to guarantee the results, the only negative results I see in reviews is people stating they breached the contract. That makes sense If you don’t follow it they won’t guarantee it, if you follow it they will. Statistically looking at fda studies 97% of people get results from laser. It’s fda approved people what do you got to lose except more hair if you don’t do it ;)

Don’t ask too many question. TV ad is misleading. lose 10 inches in your waist is actually defined as 2 inches measured in 5 areas from up and down the mid torso. They seem to want to sell a diet plan which may be the secret to their measurement reduction claims. When I pressed them for detail information about their business and their medical qualifications, I was abruptly told to leave, «And Never Come back» by their interviewer. The place looks legit but don’t look behind the curtain! A Dr. Freeman is indicated as being associated with the business, however I was told he never comes to this office.

Very disappointed with my results. I seen this on the tv and thought this would work and paid the $ 4,000. I went for 1 full year and never missed a laser hair appointment. I used the tiny home laser every other day at home along with the drops for your scalp at night and shampoo and conditioner in the morning. At the end of my 1 year of doing this I had less volume of hair and more noticeable increased size of my bald spot and loss of hair in front which I had no hair loss in that area a year earlier. They will not refund your money and they said I missed a bottle that you are suppose to get each month according to contract therefore it’s a breach. I missed mine by just a couple days according to there records. The staff was very friendly and they give you a water on every visit. I used minoxidil foam for a couple years and that stopped my hair loss, but didn’t regrow. When I started the laser hair Med treatments they said to stop using it and that’s when I really noticed my hair loss, they said its normal and new hair would grow in 6 months. Never happened even after 1 year. I have less now and out $ 4,000. Choose for yourself, I know I made the wrong decision and now have less money and less hair.

The laser for your stomach does not work at all. Do not waste your time and money. 8 sessions and no results so they gave me another 8 sessions with extended time still no results $ 1,200 wasted. And I follow their regimen as suggested.

Pros: Clean, pretty building. They offer water. All smiles.
Cons:
Lasermed has a 12 Month Money back Program for Hair Restoration which is about $ 4500. Every 3 months, William the program coordinator takes pictures of a part of your head to show results. Well he zooms out a little more as the program goes on. Which makes you think you have more hair. The pictures are deceiving cause I’m still bald!
Contract says vague wording like you will see a result or your money back. It doesn’t say how much of a result. So if you grew one hair, then no refund.
The brochure also shows a state of the art machine to restore hair, but they never used that on me.
I did everything as instructed, shampoos and hair treatments at home. Weekly office treatments. Did not miss a day. No results!
$ 4500 bucks down the drain! I should have just done a hair transplant instead somewhere else.
Skip this place. Don’t waste your money.

Las Med is a real fake. They make you sign a no money back form. They told us it was because people do not stick to the regimen. HOwever we did everything and at the end not one single bit of difference. Of course they they said they have a better machine if we want to come back for more.
Do not waste your money.

This place is amazing, everyone is so so professional, very knowledgeable, doing whatever they can to make you happy. if you follow the program it really works.

This doesn’t work!!! I had about 26 sections and lost nothing!!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!
