In my opinion, this lawyer did not successfully solve any of my issues. One lawsuit was ‘partially’ resolved, but she ‘could not figure out what the judge meant’ in regard to the other ½ of the lawsuit, and it technically remains unresolved, and I am still at risk due to her ineffective handling of my case.
In regard to a second lawsuit that she assisted with at the same time, she simply charged me for every email and phone call she claimed was generated by her, but there was no resolution to the issues. She later would not release any documentation of any of the phone calls or emails she claims were made on my behalf, and put a lien on my file so that I could not have access to my own case files. Furthermore, she told one of my staff members that ‘if you don’t know the terms I am using, you should not have the job you have.’ In my opinion, this is abusive behavior, and her behaviors toward me were, in my opinion, equally abusive, with her telling me she would ‘gladly go to the opposing counsel to tell him how to win the case against me.’ In my opinion, this lawyer is not going to help you resolve your legal problems without huge delays and without huge, unfounded fees. And be prepared for the attitude!
