Serious attitude with barista Is this really how you want to start your day? So then I went back to PAY full price for a refill(first one cost me $ 7.30). Was told they could not because it was a «health issue» Seriously? I’m like«yes, excess trash in our landfills is a health issue». I just changed my vote from 2 stars to 1 and went to le creperie for half the price and no attitude. People customer service and recycling kind of important points…

(3.5 stars) If you can look past the insanely high price for their drip coffee, it’s actually really good. And in a coffee desert where you’re surrounded by seemingly infinite Starbucks, its a nice option. Also, when we showed up at 9 pm, they were offering buy one get one free desserts. If you can look past the price and you’re passing by, stop for a cup.

Good coffee but super expensive and the line is long. We got two medium black drip coffees and the total was well over $ 10.

Bad espresso if you even want to call it that. Will not return. Coffee was more like under brewed light brown water. The worst part was they charged us 6.75 for a medium Americano. Completely out of line!

Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and everything came in a timely manner! The food was very tasty and all for a good price. Plus the décor is really cute!(Love the string lights!)

No complaints here. The staff was busy when I arrived but they were still friendly. My drink was good and they have non dairy options which is a plus. I was staying at Paris and this was a great spot down stairs for my fix.

S-L-O-W!!! Not sure the service could be worse. Which, if the coffee was decent, I would happily endure — but it’s terrible!!! Just want a decent cup of drip coffee — why can’t this hotel provide that? It’s just not that hard.

I waited in lines to get my Paris Balloon Souvenir but oh my gosh, I wasted so much time here. Apprently, there was only one guy working here taking care of the coffee AND alcohol section and he was so slow. There were only a couple ahead of me and all they wanted was a bottle of beer and a cup of coffee and literally, the guy took over 10 minutes giving them what they ordered. Yet, it didnt end there. They had to pay and ohemgee, the guy, I guess, wasnt too familiar with the POS(register) so he was looking ALLOVER to find coffee and beer tab. I waited nearly 30 minutes. I finally got to tell him what I wanted and guess what? He says he only has one drink right now. I wanted margarita but he only had frozen strawberry daiquiri. So I walked away, wasting 30 minutes here. I walked outside and got my Paris Balloon Souvenir with Margarita within 5 minutes or less. Just go the Souvenir shop outside the Paris Hotel.

This place is proof that even with the best equipment, espresso can still go horribly wrong. They use Stumptown Hair Bender espresso blend and pull their shots out of a La Marzocco. The barista was nice, that earned the second star. Also, expect Vegas prices as a standard double shot will cost you $ 6+!

This kiosk is half coffee bar, half alcohol bar. You’d think when one side has no customers and the other has a line, that they’d help one another. Nope, bartender just stands around and barista fills each order herself before moving on to the next leading to an absurd wait. Pricing is not jacked up the way several casino coffee stands are, but product is just okay. Menu is small, barista looked at me blankly when I asked for an iced drink that wasn’t just a simple iced coffee. If you can’t figure out how to ice a latte, you are probably in the wrong line of work. Don’t even get me started on their sandwiches, which seem to be made last week and dry as hell. The pesto on the chicken and pesto sandwich was more like green dust.

Perfect little spot for a coffee break. Yes it was pricey but the coffee was delicious(just a bit on the sweeter side tho) we ordered the caramel machaito and white chocolate latte both very good. i didn’t have a problem with the service as other reviews… they have plenty of tables and chairs all around. Cute atmosphere very romantic.

AWFUL! For starters, the bread is horrible(and without enough butter), it took over 25 minutes for them to bring out a fish dish and a sandwich because«the fries were too greesy.» — WHAT…

Very slowwwww service! I ended uip leaving because the barista was so slow. I was the only person in line and waited 10 minutes before leaving because they wouldn’t take my order.

Just had a mean latte from here real quick while eating my crêpe from La Creperie(no seating)! It’s just a quick little express corner! Thought it interesting that they carded me since they serve alcohol even if I just ordered a coffee, but the barista was a cool dude that kept good conversation. The next morning was a little messy with two behind the counter and a big rush for this small station. I understand as a past barista how hectic it can feel and get with such little wiggle space, so no biggie for me!
