I was so impressed with how my entire online transaction and store return was handled that I just had to comment!
Often I am discouraged from shopping online because of the additional shipping fees and hassles that usually go hand in hand. However, the in-​store return option was clearly outlined on the website and the shipping fee was reasonable so I decided to chance it.
There were a couple items that didn’t fit as well as I would have liked so I went to return them to our local outlet mall in San Diego — lo and behold, the store was closed and there wasn’t another anywhere even remotely near us! :(
I thought I would have to go through the return shipping process, however, we were heading to Las Vegas the following weekend and so I thought I would just bring along my return in case I was able to get a chance to get to this store in the outlet mall.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the store was nicely stocked and arranged, and they gave me absolutely no hassles with my return even though I had purchased online and was from out-​of-​state!
In fact, since it was a Sunday, they even offered to call me when the return was actually processed the next day (which they actually did!) and I even received a followup postcard in the mail to confirm the amount credited to my card for my records.
This company is well-​organized, the website is well-​designed and the staff are extremely well-​trained in customer service! Highly recommended whether shopping in-​store or online! Thanks for renewing my faith in retailers even during a busy holiday season!

I like the brands here (like Wonderbra) but the prices are just ok– the prices are better at Ross, TJ Maxx, & Marshall’s– in all honesty ($ 12.99 and under usually). The same goes for the undies and the socks. Great selection on pantyhose (years ago at one real estate office, it was a requirement to wear pantyhose when you wore dresses to the office). Good thing I don’t have to worry about that anymore. We came here looking for undershirts for men, but we didn’t find exactly what my husband was looking for, though.
Still, the ladies working here, were very friendly. The store is nicely organized. There were many customers (ladies) in there, on our last visit.
