Not a good experience! The salon is under new management and has all these promotions and a groupon deal which I purchased. I got the groupon for full highlights and a haircut, but then when I got there I was charged an extra two-​thirds of what I paid because my hair is long (it goes down to two or three inches past shoulder length). I have never been charged extra for my hair being long.
I had a really bad highlight job. The stylist said she has been doing this for 5 years, but she was a little careless and got dye on my cheek. Also, I told her I wanted very subtle highlights, but then I ended up with blond highlights (an I have natural Asian-​dark brown hair). It looks REALLY bad. It was toned down… but is still pretty glaring. Also, it starts a cm or two from the roots. The stylist said it would look more natural this way, but it just looks like I need a root-​touch up! Blargh.
I also got an eyebrow wax. The waxing was pretty good, but I had to ask the stylist to change the hygienic paper on the chair. The paper originally on there was obviously not changed from the previous patron and had short dark curly hairs all over it. It made me think someone had a back hair trim on that chair. Lol.
The stylists were very nice, but I would not go back or recommend their services.

Kim did a good job with my eyelash extensions. It was on for a month :)
