Mario’s Mobile Kitchen

looks like mario’s westside market has a new food truck.
we stumbled across it, parked in an empty lot just off the 215 and hualapai.
we ordered the catfish dinner which includes 2 sides and a drink.
if you’ve even been to the market, you’ll know what to expect.
the catfish was delicious as usual, just a little on the salty side for me this time.
the mac n cheese, fries, and rice were all yummy.
for $ 10, you can’t beat it!
i’m so glad i don’t need to drive down to mlk to get my mario’s fix anymore. woot woot!
