Was looking for a new cleaners near my new house and tried this place out, I was in a rush and needed next day service which was a plus for this place since they send things out. But upon retrieving my items I noticed some stains still present along with a odor. I feel like they just steamed my clothes and not properly cleaned. Also I had more lint and fibers all over my stuff then when I brought it in. Not to mention they charge nearly double what I normally payed everywhere else. Sadly I won’t be doing business with them anymore, the hunt for a new GOOD cleaners near home is still on!

The service was great. I was greeted and helped by Sandra in the drive thru. This cleaners is close to my house and has coupons available online to print and use.
I was impressed by Sandra’s dedication to customer service, and comment that as they get to know me on each visit, they will learn to launder or dry clean my clothes to my specifications without having to take the time to ask at each drop off.
They also have a VIP service. I was unimpressed by the $ 10.00 charge for this. It seems to me that it makes it easier for them and the customer, and nearly guarantees my return visit, as long as the service remains high quality. Al Phillips does not charge for this service, but I don’t like their rates overall!
I will update after I pick up my dry cleaning.
